Fancy upgrade
We added this to our bathroom remodel. Do get someone to help you lift it up into place due to size and weight. I removed the old light fixture that was over the old mirror and sink and added an outlet this way there was no need to cut and strip cord on the product. I also figured two things easier to install and to return if there should be any issues or problems with it. So now it works off the right switch; my left switch still works overhead light by shower. I hung mine vertically instead of horizontality due to structural issues such as pipe and wires in wall ( my water heater is on the other side) I wanted it in the studs due to the weight. It is made to be hung in either direction. So my controls on the mirror are on the bottom left. I like the dimming feature so at night we can set it all the way down and turn it on when using bathroom in middle of night. It remembers the last lighting settings, and there are two separate settings for the lights one for the behind light and one for the front light. It is bright enough on it’s brightest setting for us, but we have the second light and a frosted window in our bathroom that at lets in natural light during the day, too. I like the antifog setting but it stays on because we use a switch and it doesn’t remember that setting for some reason being on or off. Also it does only leave a center square about 50 percent or more of the mirror defogged and a 6 inch strip around the edge when used. Helps when needing to brush teeth after a hot shower. Overall we like the mirror and would but it again.

We love this mirror. It looks great in the bathroom. We use the backlighting and leave it on so you don’t need to use the switch all the time. It’s well made, easy to hang and gives off great light. I added a plugin behind so there are no exposed wires. I’m pretty sure you will like it too!

Fantastic Mirror!
I LOVE MY MIRROR‼️ Renovated my primary bathroom and the quality and features of this mirror are outstanding (front & back lighting are vivid). I purchased the large 6’ form factor and it hangs landscape mode. The only recommendation I make is to buy a metal French cleat from IKEA the width of your mirror. The hardware accompanying this mirror is not ideal for this heavy glass item. The French cleat from IKEA fits this mirror like a glove. So I mounted the French cleat to my wall studs LEVEL and then you slide the mirror over the cleat and they lock in solid fashion. The mirror is designed for a French cleat and you won’t be disappointed. You will need AC power for your mirror features….AND as far as the mirror is concerned, I never looked so good! 😉
