I bought two so it’s a double delight!
I bought two of these lamps that arrived in separate boxes. One box contained an easy-to-put-together lamp that I love. Very professionally packaged to protect the product. I didn’t have to read the instructions to get it ready to put on my table. But oh-my-goodness that second box was a mess. It was obviously a return. Broken Styrofoam everywhere and parts kind of tossed in with the hope the next owner could make them work. It didn’t take long to figure out why it was returned. The previous customer had tried to put it together but ended up with the cord in a twisted mess. I am not exaggerating when I say that it took me hours to untwist it. Very frustrating, but it worked out okay in the end. There was no damage to any parts.Some reviewers recommend removing the felt bottom of the lamp to make pulling the cord through easier. I agree: that does help speed things along — but I disagree that the felt can be easily reattached. I ended up pushing it up against the inside cord under the lamp’s base because I couldn’t get it to stick back on the the rims.That means there’s a ceramic bottom that will make me be extra careful when moving the lamps across the table when dusting. It could scratch if I don’t lift it.I was initially disappointed when I saw the pattern on the lamp. I’d read somewhere — a review, I think — that the background was gray but to my eye it looked like beige in the product photos. I should mention here that I have a strange kind of color blindness. I often cannot tell if something is gray or beige unless I see the two colors next to each other so that’s why the photos fooled me. When I saw the lamp beside my beige wall I realized my mistake, but it turned out the gray is fine and the pattern is very pretty. Unfortunately I was unable to get a good picture to show you so you can see the pattern. The shape of the lamp puts the light shining down on just the top part, but the part where the shape curves inward is in shadow. This is not something I notice when the lamps are turned off in daylight, but that may be because they’re in a sunny room. They’re on matching tables which is why I bought matching lamps.The “gold” that many reviewers really, really don’t like is fine in my opinion. It’s not garish or distracting. I like it a lot. I also don’t think the lamps are too small for a living room. Reading those comments from others had me worried because the living room is where I intended to p;ut them. The room itself is on the small side, but the ceilings are very high. Even so, the size looks good. I worried for nothing.I bought this brand of lamp because I purchased a totally different lamp from them a few months ago and I love it. Total quality. As of today I now have four lamps from them and all are purchases I’m happy with. Although my photos don’t do a good job of showing off the pattern on the lamps, it’s pretty. Trust me on that because I can’t take a photo that shows it.I tossed out the light bulbs. I use smart bulbs, controlled by Alexa, all over my house. I don’t have a single light that can’t be controlled by voice.

Perfect for new home
I went to the store and found out that lamps are very expensive. But this one was the perfect price for me. I happy to found this lamp. I just purchased a new home and needed a beautiful lamp, and a lots more.

Absolutely Gorgeous!!
Wow!! I can’t say enough about this beautiful lamp! I bought it for my home office desk because I wanted something other than your everyday desk lamp. This lamp isn’t very large but it more than makes up for the vibrant colors and the 60w light bulb is more than enough brightness for my desk! I’m so happy with this purchase! I highly recommend it for any place in your home you want a piece of beauty, i.e.: vanity, makeup table, bedside table, etc…the possibilities are endless. I will definitely buy more for my next house!!

Beautiful sturdy but noticeable defect in both lamps firing process
The lamps were packed separately and inside another huge box. Upon opening each box, the top packing material was all broken up around the neck of the lamp. The lamp was tightly packed but difficult to remove from the box. Once out of box, was very difficult to put together. Instructions were not accurate. Husband is electrician and never seen anything like this. However, we did finally get the lamps together but had to remove the bottom black cover to do do. Covers did stick back into place. However, upon examining the body of the lamp, we noticed several areas that are noticeably defective. There are small indentions that appear to be where the lamp was fired in the kiln that’s very noticeable. Because we had so much trouble putting lamps together, we didn’t try to take them apart to return them. Sad because overall the lamps are beautiful-EXCEPT for the three indentions highly visible when you turn on the lamp!! This shows up on both lamps.

The lamp is beautiful snd exactly as described excellent quality and I was very impressed with the way it was packed. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This lamp is very elegant and sets an elevated look to any room. Great quality and size.
