Quiet, Easy to Setup, Easy to Clean.
TOTALLY SILENT!!! Blown away how quiet this thing is, previously had a cat mate fountain that was noisy, hard to clean, and was a lot of work to maintain. Every time that one got low on water you would hear the pump growling even if the pump was still submerged, the Veken model is completely silent. 12 inches away from it and i can’t even hear the pump, i can hear the trickling water noise ever so lightly, but get a few feet away and you can’t even hear that in a quiet room. Time will tell how it holds up but it looks easy to clean compared to others i have tried, the prefilter on the pump is a nice addition to keep anything out of the pump, the top return filter looks like a good flow through design and it comes with two pump prefilters and two top filters in the package, i feel like you could skip the upper filter if you wanted to as long as you cleaned it regularly, my previous cat fountain the filters were a real pain and restricted waterflow after a couple days. The anti skid mat to go under it that is also included was a nice touch. And the fact that it uses a standard USB power adapter means if you have a outlet with a USB output you wouldn’t even need the included power adapter, or if the power adapter fails its not a special unit that is hard to replace. Could even be run for a long time off a power bank during a power outage or as portable use etc. I went with the clear version as some reviews mentioned its a lot easier to see the water level and i can see how that is a benefit over the others. So far great product that made the cats curious to check it out, which is good as it encourages drinking.

Still going strong for almost 2 years of daily use!
I bought this in March 2024 and waited to post a review to see how it held up—and I’m happy to say it’s still going strong! It’s been perfect for our dog. I originally got it so I could easily add a few liquid drops for fresh breath into her water, and this fountain made it super simple. She drinks more water now, and I can just pour the drops in each time I refill.The flowing water keeps it fresh and appealing, and the filters really make a difference—the only time it stopped working properly was when the filter needed to be replaced. As soon as I swapped it out, it worked great again. So if yours stops running, definitely check the filter first!It’s quiet, easy to clean, and the LED light makes it easy to see the water level at night. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone with a dog or cat—especially if you like to keep their water clean and fresh.

Great fountain, keeps water fresh and pets happy
I’ve been using this fountain for a little while now and overall I’m very pleased with it. The design is sleek and modern, and it holds a good amount of water so I don’t have to refill it constantly. My cat loves drinking from the running water, and I’ve noticed she’s drinking more since I got it.The LED light is a nice touch because it helps me see the water level at night, and the filter really does keep the water clean and fresh. It’s also pretty quiet, which is a big plus compared to others I’ve tried.The only small downside is that cleaning it takes a bit of effort since there are a few parts to take apart, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad.Overall, a solid purchase that I would recommend to other pet owners looking for a reliable water fountain.

Quiet flow, cat favorite.
Our cat loves it. Our recent purchase was a 2nd one, but not because the first we bought several months ago failed, but for a 2nd pet. We love it! It holds enough water for a week and has a blue light to help indicate the water level. It does have to be cleaned weekly, but comes with a perfect little brush to get into all the channels and openings. The kit includes a sponge filter for the pump with a month’s life and two carbon filters that each last about a month as well. Well-built and easy to assemble. Replacement kits are inexpensive. The only drawback is that it powers with a USB adapter plug, and has no battery backup if the power goes out. Still, a favorite pet accessory of ours. 4.5 Stars!

Quiet, easy to clean, cat loves it
Pros:Very easy to clean. Can get generic filters and sponges very inexpensively. I buy a box of 8 and it lasts me 4-8 months. I use filtered water, so I tend to change the filters once a month, and wash it once a week, just like you wash your water bottle.Let’s talk about the noise. If you put the white filter in grooved side up it is non stop noise and very annoying. Put the filters in grooved side down, flat side up. Dead quiet. You’ll hear a little noise if the water level gets too low, but that’s good. Then you know you need to refill it before it runs dry. My cat was wary at first. Since it was new and I had just scrubbed it, I cupped my hand under the flower, got water and drank it. That was all it took. My big boi was feral and suspicious of everything, but obviously he trusts me. He uses it all the time.No more cleaning up water all over the floor. I don’t know why, but there were always puddles.There is a blue light that you can leave on if the room the fountain is in is pitch black at night. There is an on off switch that controls the light.The cord is plenty long.It comes with a little placemat so if you animal splashes it, your floor stays dry.I have hard water, so when the top tray is dry, you can see the mineral deposits. It’s a moot point tho, because it’s only dry when I wash it.Cons:At first the noise was really annoying, then I realized it was the filter and all I had to do was flip it upside down. It still filters the water. Now I don’t hear a thing.I can’t think of any cons.Worth the money.

As the winner of the 2023 pet innovation awards, the veken water fountain is an excellent choice for the array of reliable options it provides. This is a low-maintenance fountain that pets love due to the fact that the filtration system is top of the line and able to filter out any debris, and any odors that are around the house. Another feature that I like about this water fountain is the fact that it is able to easily display the water levels, how convenient the LED is to toggle on and off, and how the stainless steel part itself is BPA-free and really easy to clean. My cat is able to tell the difference right away with the quality of water and I frequently find her showing more and more of a preference to this fountain as opposed to the old one that we originally got. Overall if you are looking for a quality purchase that is worth every dollar, I would say that this fountain is the one that you should invest into.

Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con mi compra, cumple perfectamente su función, recibí el producto muy rápido, pensé que al ser de otro país tardaría mucho en llegar pero no fue así, de verdad si estás viendo esto y eres de México o de cualquier país de habla hispana te recomiendo esta fuente para tus mascotas, yo estuve buscando opiniones del producto en español pero la verdad no encontré, sólo en inglés, pero mira que estoy muy feliz de haberla pedido. For the price, this is a great pet fountain. It took a few days for my cat to get used to this fountain, but once she did, she was fine with it. She was actually scared of it for the first few minutes, but I did see her drinking from it about an hour later, but she was still leery of it for about the first week.The pump does make a quiet humming sound, and there is also a small trickling noise, so it’s not silent. It’s no louder than a fish tank, or a fridge or water cooler running, and you get used to it quickly.Set up, and cleaning is simple, and everything goes together easily. There was a fair amount of cat hair in the pump filter after its first cleaning.
