Nice mirrors—great customer service
I bought two of these for my new home. Both worked well and about 4 months later and then one was defective. I called Amazon and explained the problem and they sent me a new mirror that works. Don’t know if I should give credit to Amazon or Golomo, so I’ll say thanks to both. Nice mirrors

We did have an electrician install this because you need a dedicated outlet at the back. It is beautiful and functional and really undated our bathroom. Love the nightlight feature too.

MUCH higher quality than the competition – only ONE flaw!
I have installed a few mirrors from different manufacturers and so far this is the leading design and build. Especially for the cost! Firstly, I really want to emphasize the quality of how this is packaged. Not only is it wrapped in foam, but there are thick plastic corner protectors (seriously, they’re hefty!) that prevent that unit from being damaged during shipping. The hardware is in a small, appropriate box delicately taped on the inside and it even includes white gloves (!!!) for you to handle the mirror without getting your greasy little paws all over the glass. Once it’s opened, you’ll find the electronic component neatly stored in a heavy duty plastic housing behind the mirror’s recess. The cords are wrapped with a thick rope-like material and are very neat and tidy. What really puts this against the competition is in the easy mounting cleats. Other manufacturers have simply mounting holes and the screws to the wall need to be PRECISE. These cleats allow an easy left-to-right shift for centering. It’s a dream to put up! I clipped the plug and hard wired it into my light receptacle which was easy. It works perfectly on a wall switch and has memory from the last setting. It is definitely brighter than the other units I’ve installed and the backlight reflects light back into the room nicely. Just know the backlight will also highlight imperfections in your paint which has the potential of driving you batty! I’m very pleased! ONE exception – I have mine mounted vertically. The “light bulb” icon on the mirror is now sideways so the mirror is designed to be horizontal cosmetically. Also the “brightness” is supposed to go “up and down” and now it’s “right and left.” Perhaps the icons might be changed in a future version and then this mirror is a slam dunk. It’s cosmetic sure. But it’s a simple change request for the manufacturer. One recommendation for us end users perhaps is to use 3M’s Command Strips at the bottom if you find your drywall isn’t entirely flat. If you press any of the mirror’s buttons and you feel the mirror shift against the wall a bit, those Command Strips will hold it in place better. My house was built in ’63 – so yeah. Walls aren’t truly “flat.”

Love these mirrors. Brighter than expected, lights the bathroom well, color/temperature change is a nice feature as well as the anti fog. Easy to install
