Love these dispensers
The packaging and quality is excellent. The first time you try to open the pump may be tricky but I promise you that they will open. I started by releasing the pump lock on each bottle. Open it before you screw it onto the bottle since you may need to hold the lower part of the mechanism while trying to release the pump dispenser nozzle. Once they were released the first time, I had no issues opening and closing the dispenser pump.
