It buzzes 😔
🌟 Update🌟8/20/25- I had a hard time figuring out how to get in contact with customer service via amazon so I left a message on the sellers feedback page. I was eventually able to find the contact information for customer service on the back portion of the instructions 🤦🏽♀️ lol.Anyway, someone from the Company named Helen was also having a hard time contacting me so she found me on Facebook messenger and was quick to resolve the issue. I was weary of the message because of the millions of scams out there so I emailed the company email to verify if Helen was a real person from the Company or not. She is and made this whole process very easy! Because of Helen I would without a doubt purchase from Callsky again! She was quick to send out a replacement and checked in to make sure it arrived as it was supposed to.Unfortunately the replacement buzzed too.Overall, it seems like I may be the only person to have received a defective product.Would I recommend the product? Yes, it’s still a very beautiful and expensive looking product. With the easiest set up and comes with everything you may need even gloves!Would I recommend the Company? Absolutely! Especially because of Helen! The Company tried everything to fix the issue and I appreciate that especially since that’s extremely rare nowadays in general but especially if you aren’t an influencer.One thing to note: Keep the box! Keep it until you resolve your issue or take pictures of the information on it. I threw my box out and later realized that the instructions mentioned that if any issues occur you may have to ship the package in its original box or retrieve information from the outside of the box.——————————————————————Received my package Aug 5, 2025 and was able to get it installed on August 8, 2025. I notcied some damage to the shipping box but nothing too bad. I checked out the mirror and didn’t see broken glass and assumed all was well. Well, everything went as planned until we turned on the light. It buzzes! Not sure what is causing the buzzing as the description states it doesn’t buzz.Overall it’s a beautiful mirror and definitely worth the price as it was a major upgrade for my bathroom but it isn’t functional when it’s constantly buzzing.I’m hoping the Company is willing to fix this issue as my mirror is defective. When they do I will update you all! 🤞🏽

Love the look of this mirror. One star taken due to the super annoying buzzing sound the first two light settings make. The third one doesn’t for some reason.

very cool mirrror…hesistant at first because majority if not all reviews were incentivized but mirror look great.. no issues easy to hang..comes with a plug which is cool if u dont want to hardwire it.. didnt use shelf will be getting a white one go with the bathroom tones…

I love this mirror, it gets 4 starts only because I wish the defogged space was larger than it is. I’m short 5’1″ and the defogged space only allows me to see my forehead. If you are tall like my hubby… 5 stars for sure.
