Works like a charm!
I am very pleased with this birdbath fountain. It was the best value for the money that I could find. It is very durable and I’ve had it outside for a couple months now with no problems. It has a lot of power, and fits wonderful. All you have to do is cut it down if the straws are too long. I chose to take the straws off altogether because my fountain is kind of small. It needs to be in constant sun exposure for it to work because it won’t spray unless it is in sunlight. This can be a downside because the motor will run constantly. If you don’t have any water in the fountain and sunlight is hitting it, it can burn out the motor. Like I said, my birdbath is kind of small and the fountain throws the water out quickly, so I need to make sure it has enough water in it throughout the day. As the sun moves and the shade takes its place, the fountain turns off. I showed this aspect in my video attached to my review. I still think this is an excellent fountain. You just have to use it properly. I also show in all of my pictures, the different attachments and how they look. Each one of them works and gives a different fountain show. You can change them out with ease they just pop on and off. I hope my review helps you make your a decision, have a wonderful day!

Very pretty
I wanted a small water feature for my lanai. Assembly was easy and gives you the choice of how you want the spray to look. It comes with 4 “legs” to keep it centered. This worked pretty well except that if you don’t have full sunlight on it all the time, it stops working. I thought it stored the power and would continue to work even if cloudy. Also, not good if it’s windy. On the bright side, if it’s windy, it waters the plants on either side of it.

Worked very well for a week.
This pump worked very well for a week before it stopped working. I was wanting to attract birds to a new feeder and hoped this would help. Fortunately birds arrived to the feeder before this died. I followed instructions to clean a cotton filter but the filter was not there. The rotor turned fine. My local water is very hard and I noticed residue on the solar surface which was difficult to clean off so that could have been a factor.

Was hoping for a better experience.
I’m using the fountain in my birdbath. The item is easy to put together and worked okay for the first 2.5 months. I’m experiencing issues with the water’s force and have cleaned around the pump, and the solar surface to ensure it is free from any junk that could prevent it from operating at its full capability. I reached out to the seller and they asked for my order number. I provided it (same number Amazon assigns to a purchase) and they responded that they were NOT able to locate it. Not sure what other number they would expect for customers to have when buying from their store through Amazon. ??The overall performance was okay until it stopped working at it’s best. I like the option to change the waterfall head. The barriers is helpful to assist that the fountain stays in the middle. Even using them, I noticed that the water spills off the side and have to fill the birdbath daily. Maybe if it’s used in a wider bowl or planter, the water would last longer. I do enjoy the sound the fountain makes when it is working as expected. Very tranquil.

Just because I hate to throw stuff away
People who like a simple novelty in thier outside decor should consider this item. I have been enjoying it for over a month now, and for the very reasonable price.I’m using in an area under a tree that has no shade, birds are continually drinking and bathing in our little birdbath😊and they create a mess.It quit working, and I was ready to pitch it, but I like to fix things. I never got the little filter thing with it and it was plugged up. I blew it out with my mouth, and cleaned up the b bath, put it back out and it’s working again.

Perfect and simple
I love this! What a beautiful addition to my summer planter! I will definitely by more next summer. The birds love to come by and splash in it! And the dog has known to stop and drink from it! Very relaxing and several different types of water flows to choose from!

Works OK – fun to watch
Cute fountain – sprays in full sun only and just spurts a bit if there is any cloud cover. Some of the bigger birds (robins, grackles & redwings) like it & jump into the spray and the smaller birds just take a drink cautiously from the side. Any breeze causes the spray to blow outside the birdbath so it needs to be filled frequently. Bought to keep the water moving to keep the birdbath fresher, but I think it will stay cleaner mainly because I have to refill multiple times a day. Was not expensive and is fun to watch.

I just got it yesterday and it’s been working very well for the two days. but only when in direct sun like it states. Remind yourself to check the water level as it obviously will get depleted quicker. Easy to set up and many different spout options.
