If there is any obstruction in the sensing area, the anti-mistouch mechanism will be automatically triggered, resulting in abnormal use. Just wipe off the obstruction.
How to adjust the liquid output?
When the device is powered on, click the power button to switch. The blue light, purple light, and red light correspond to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears.
How to choose soap products?
For gel version, please choose regular gel soap product.
Can black sponge be used?
Black sponges may not be used because they absorb infrared light.
The blue light blinks while being charged and then turns solid, but the soap dispenser will not turn on？
The charging temperature is too high, causing the charging to be suspended, not fully charged. Please use the provided charging cable. Use a regular slow charging charger or slow charging USB port at home.

Works exactly as expected.
I tried no less than four automatic foam soap dispensers in the last couple of weeks. None of them worked well at all despite being much more expensive. This one works perfectly. It’s the right size, it’s truly automatic meaning that when you put your hand under it the soap actually comes out; you don’t have to push any other buttons or anything. If it’s charged it works. It’s easy to fill, a great compact system and very attractive design. I’m extremely pleased.

I thought I ordered the foam dispenser but instead I ordered the Liquid one. This works really well. I love the fact that’s it automatic, so you don’t have to touch it. Easy cleaning and it dispenses a good amount of soap. It’s also easy to charge.

I’m picky about my soap dispensers, and this one is very good. I’ve been using automatic soap dispensers at all my sinks for years, mostly the same expensive-but-ugly ones, but I’ve tried various cheap ones over the years. This one replaced the one at my kitchen sink that had been about the same price but was annoying from the start, and crapped out after about a year – I’ve only had this one maybe a year and a half, but I liked it enough that I bought another a few months ago.The translucent fluted body looks great and shows you exactly how much soap you have left, and the black head looks nice and unobtrusive, much better than the fake chrome so many of them have that looks cheap to start and doesn’t age well in wet environments! It looks like a large but normal bottle of soap, not a bulky monstrosity taking up half your counter.It dispenses the perfect amount of soap, in my opinion – just enough to wash your hands without wasting any. YMMV, of course, and it would be nice if it had some settings, but I’m very happy with it (the one this replaced at my kitchen sink had 3 levels but even the lowest dumped out so much soap it was absurd!) I can always move my hand out and back again if I want more!It seems to hold a charge for a good while – neither gets a TON of use, but I’ve only charged the one in the kitchen 2 or 3 times, and the newer one I think once. I didn’t pay much attention to how long it took to charge, but it was certainly done when I went back to it a few hours later and unplugged it.I’ve never been terribly concerned about the noise level on my dispensers, but this one is fairly quiet, for those who care. If the shower is running or the radio/tv is on in the next room, I can’t hear it at all.You can either unscrew the head from the bottom of the top or pull the whole black top off, so it’s much easier to refill than ones with very small openings. The one thing that makes it tricky is that the pump mechanism takes up a good amount of space inside, so you have to leave room for it when refilling – I fill it to about an inch from the top and that generally works out well, but I wish there was a subtle fill line on the inside or something so I wasn’t guessing/trying to remember! I could solve this problem myself by filling it all the way with water, putting the top on an letting it overflow until I can close it, removing the top, and then marking where the water line settles, but it would have been nice if they’d have done that for us.The only other downside is the drippage – it gets a little “snot” dangle developing periodically as the surface tension of the dispensed soap breaks partway and a little bit clings to the nozzle and dries there, then a little more gets added each time it dispenses until it’s big enough to fall off or you wipe it off – some of the nicer dispensers I have have a little rubber end on the nozzle that pinches the drip off and prevents that, so it’s not unavoidable.If they had added that and a fill line, it would definitely be a 5* soap dispenser for the price. If it lasts a couple years, I may upgrade it anyway because that will mean it was a really great deal, and those are minor annoyances.

Quit after a week, but see my edited review
2 stars because it looks good on the countertop. Other than that it makes a decent paper weight, but as a soap dispenser it is worthless. Quit working after about a week, so recharged it, which is actually pretty handy instead of changing batteries. Waited until it quit flashing during the charge, went to wash my hands and nothing. Tried charging again and still nothing. Waste of money.Edit review—-Don”t know what happened…after another recharge and sitting overnight it started working. Maybe I didn’t know how to recharge it, maybe the Dial anti-bactetial soap has clogged it up, maybe Orel Roberts came down and laid hands on it. Whatever happened it now works like a champ. I will say this though. After initially giving it a 2 star, the seller immediately contacted me offering an exchange or a refund, so good to know they stand behind it.

Works GREAT!
Excellent product. I was a little confused at how to turn it on and off because I own a simple human one but the instructions cleared that up immediately. This thing works great!!! It is made of plastic, I also like the design but I kind of wish they did something different with the top part because it looks like a regular hand soap dispenser that you would press down. I want to put one in my guest bathroom but worried it may confuse someone.It holds a good amount of soap but note that it only takes liquid soap. My simple human one takes foaming hand soap like a lot of others but make sure to use regular liquid hand soap. It’s very light weight and I have been using it everyday in my bathroom and it has been perfect. Fantastic price! I would highly recommend.

Good choice for a foam soap pump
Works as described. Easy to charge. Foam dispenses quickly. There’s no adjusting of amount of soap. Not a deal breaker.

It’s okay
It looks nice and it is easy to fill as it advertise however my problem is when I pick it up, I have a habit of grabbing the top and lifting it up. The top and bottom separate easily so when I lifted up, the bottom fell and I spilled the liquid all over the sink/floor. Also there’s no adjustment so you may get enough foam for your liking while others may have to place their hand there to get more.

Very cute! A lot nicer than expected.
Looks better than expected, a little loud when dispensing soap but for the price I can’t complain too much! Just hoping it will last a decent while, we will see! Aside from that it is super cute, and exactly what I was looking for! I let it charging for a few hours before I started using it so, we will see how long the battery will last! Here’s to hoping this doesn’t turn out to be a review I have to come back and lower stars on! As of now I am very satisfied with the appearance and functionality. Noise level:A bit louder than I had hoped.

Best purchase ever, totally recommend this for families with little ones. Easy to get just the right amount of soap. Charge lasts a long time, have had it for months now, with daily use, and only just recently recharged it. 10 out 10.

Great: exactly as advertise. I use normal hand soap diluted on a 1:3 ratio with water. Battery lasts long as well: have to charge them maybe once a month or not even.

Looks beautiful, loved it for about a week. Now it does not want to dispense soap at all. Filled it, charged it, but it does not work. My return window closed on Mar 6, my bathroom renovation just got done about two weeks ago, so I only had a chance to try it and enjoy it for a week. Now I am stuck with it, and have to buy a new dispenser. I don’t recommend this product at all. Don’t waste your money.
