What soap liquid is suitable for? What precautions should be taken?
It is basically suitable for all soap liquids on the market and can be used directly by adding it. Do not add paste, granular, or foamy soap liquid.
If you only hear the machine running but no soap comes out?
This is caused by a blockage, please empty the soap dispenser and add warm water, start the cleaning mode until the water flows smoothly. (It is recommended to run it every 1-2 months to better prevent blockage)
Why can’t it sense?
There is an object blocking the sensing area. Turn off the device, clean the sensor area, and restart it.

Reliability, Excellent form fit and function
This soap dispensor looks great, and it seems to be a robust product in all appearances.Compared to previous units I had purchased, which are now out of commission, after about 5~6 months of normal use it holds a significant amount of liquid and it is a very good thing since I am using it in my kitchen.One major issue that seems to emerge is battery charge. After charging to full 100% capacity (as indicated by the battery charge percentage level), the level drops down to 88% after first use with the soap delivery setting at 1.I am not sure whether the battery is somewhat defective or faulty gauge situation. I am assuming at this juncture that the dispenser must be busy drawing some large amount current when normally on stand by. So far that is one problem of significance I have noticed. I am going to be watching how long it takes for the unit to stop operating by using it 2 or 3 times a day. I will update.<< Update October 27th,'25>>As promised let me give you an update about this dispenser. I have been using it in my kitchen for washing dishes by hand practically every day for about a month and a half, so far, on a single charge! Still the battery gauge indicates it is about 73%.I would like you to note however that, charging the unit to full 100%, that is the end of the charge cycle. It does not really indicate that the battery is charged to 100%. So, as the unit keeps getting recharged with time, the gauge will likely indicate a lower starting percentage upon intial use after a fresh recharge. And this will happen over time ast he battery ages unless something catastrophic like a motor/pump failure or electrical short occurs before then.So, 3 stars +1 for me.
