They have improved their designs! They actually took customer reviews and updated their designs to be PERFECT! They angled the bars to prevent sliding. They added screws that attach the shelves to the bars themselves, locking the shelves. The fact that they listened to customer responses has made this company absolutely trustworthy and amazing. A++!

Looks nice and mounts easily. The upward tilt is a bit too exaggerated, at least for my application but that was easily corrected by a thin shim at the top of the mounting plate.

Great shelves for video game/DVD collections
Overall really great shelves for easy and sturdy display purposes, they’re a nice depth for a single row of game/DVD cases and can hold quite a lot of them per shelf.The seller was very kind and quick to respond, they increased the purchase limit within 20 minutes of my message allowing me to purchase all of the shelves I needed in one cart.The mounts are smaller than I anticipated, they don’t extend the full width of the shelf, only about 1/4th to either side of the center. Had they gone the full width, I could have secured each screw into its own stud (the spacing happened to be perfectly aligned with the left, right, and middle of the shelf, but not the mounting hardware).The mounts were a little awkward to get accurate screws drilled for because there’s no alignment kit or guide, so I’d recommend having two people; one to hold the mount against the wall and one to draw inside the screwholes. These mounts require the utmost precision, as there isn’t any room for shifting the mount around the screw, unlike other mount designs that allow for it to slide like a rack until you have the position you want.The shelves themselves do lock onto the mounts, however it’s not a perfect fit so they can shift towards and away from the wall by a slight amount (maybe the thickness of a letter envelope).The surface of each shelf is glossy, so any scratches will appear clearly. Still, they look very sleek, and I have no worries about the stability or sturdiness of any of my six shelves.Lastly, keep the boxes! Because the surfaces of each shelf can be easily marred, keeping some of the original packaging can help during a moving process to minimize transit damage.

These are fine and work as expected if installed properly.
So a few things to know before you install these.The screws on the bottom that are there to hold them in place are also to help adjust the level or tilt of the shelves. If you tighten too much they will have a slant.Aim to level the bracket not the shelves. meaning ensure the mounting bracket is level before you secure it to the wall. Again not too tight or you may cause it to shift.Your wall my not be completely flat or square. In my case I found that one shelf about 12″ above the other had a slant due to the drywall.I used very small felt pads, stuck them to the bottom rear to the shelf to force it to lean upward.Lastly the shelves are hollow inside, however the chambers that slide on to the bracket are filled in so as long as the bracket is level it should be fine.

I actually get many compliments on this believe it or not. LOL! I am so thrilled with this purchase!! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for and didn’t even know it! It is so sturdy! Great quality! Not cheap at all. I easily put it up myself (and I’m an old woman Lol) It is so functional, cleaned up my messy table of bills/mail laying around that needed attention at some point, BUT also this piece looks absolutely gorgeous on the wall!

Modern, Durable, and Pre-Assembled
This mail holder / key rack is durable, sleek, modern, and assembled already. All you have to do is hang it with the nails it comes with. The only issue I had was with the openings in the back of the holder which you have to measure (16 in. between holes) and drill this into the wall. It could take a few tries but once hung, it looks very nice, holds pretty well, and can take quite a lot of weight (at least 50 lbs with coats, purses, keys, mail, & other items that should not be there but oh well).Overall 5/5Pros:- Modern and durable material and design- Fits mail well and looks good. Also holds at least 50 lbs (tested)- Not damaged or anything and well packaged.Cons:- Drilling holes into the wall requires you to measure the distance between the holes in the back (16 in.)

Missing hardware
There are six holes for the screws. Instructions state that it comes with 10 long screws, 4 short screws, and 20 anchors (two different kinds 10 each). I got 5 of each type of anchor, only 5 long screws (so missing one), and 2 short ones. Makes me doubt quality of build when they couldn’t get the basic hardware right. Also one of the types of provided anchors is far too big for the spacing between the holes. Whoever made this needs to go back to the drawing board and also check quality control.
