I ordered these wall sconces to put up in my stairwell to highlight some pictures on the wall. I haven’t put them up yet, so I can’t yet share information on how easy they are to install, how well they work, battery longevity, etc.That being said, I opened the package and took a look at the components. Here are some observations I’ve had as I’ve prepared to install them:1) They come out of the box with the lights slightly charged. Interestingly, the lights were of different brightnesses. I charged the lights, thinking that one was brighter than the other because it was less charged. But that turned out to be inaccurate. After I fully charged the lights, one was still brighter than the other. Then I picked up and tapped the duller light…and it got brighter! I’m a little worried there is a connection issue, but for now, they are both glowing the same brightness. Please see my pictures of the red lights to see how they looked before charging, after charging (still not same brightness), and then after tapping the duller light (same brightness).2) They charge up nicely, with provided cords. When you plug them in they glow red until they are fully charged, then they glow green. Very easy to tell when they are fully charged.3) The lamps come with two remote controls. But keep in mind that if you have the lamps close to other, just one control will work to change the lights on both. I haven’t tested how far they need to be apart before the remote will work with one and not the other. But at least within a few feet, the remote will control both. I don’t love this aspect, because I plan to install the lights fairly close together, but was thinking it might be fun to have them be different colors at Christmas time, for example (red and green). This may be difficult to achieve if they are too close together.4) The lights have three ways to turn on – a push button on the bottom, a touch button on the front, and then the remote control. To operate the light with the remote control, you have to first turn the light on with the push button, and then use the control to turn it off/on as desired.5) I like that there are many light/color options – warmer and cooler white lights, then also different colors. The remote allows you to select many different options.So far I would rate this four stars. Not perfect, a few small issues, but overall seems like a really nice product. I will update my review after I install these sconces if I think of anything else that would be helpful to share!

Nice METAL sconces with a bright light
I was so happy to unpack these and find these nice metal sconces vs plastic. These are decent-sized good-looking sconces. The instructions are not so nice. I’m an intelligent person and have a number of rechargeable lights, but I spent some frustrating time trying to get these to turn on. I finally wrote the seller, who responded quickly and pointed out the power button on the bottom of the bulb. As it is the same color as the rest of the base and there was no mention of it in the instructions I had dismissed it as a manufacturing mark. I recommended to the seller to include a reference to it in the instructions so hopefully others don’t experience the same frustration.The light is nice and bright. It took a little time to figure out how to get the warm white light I was looking for. Thankfully it seems to retain the color settings so I don’t have to go through the same rigamarole each time I turn on the light. I have SO many little remotes that I need to label. I’m gad for the touch button on the side of the bulb but it’s a little tricky to reach up/in to push it.As these are well-made metal sconces the price is not unreasonable. If I had one wish I would like to dsee these in a brushed nickel in addition to the cuurent black and gold options.
