Easy to fill
I recently got the 3-chamber shower dispenser and it has made my bathroom feel so much more organized. Each chamber is easy to fill and pumps smoothly without any mess or waste. I like that I can keep shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all in one spot instead of cluttering the shower with bottles. It’s sturdy, looks sleek on the wall, and has kept my shower area looking neat and tidy. Definitely a great upgrade for anyone wanting a clean, functional setup.

Excellent Idea – glad I got it.
This is terrific! I wish I would have gotten this sooner. I installed (stuck to wall of shower) and 24 hours later filled it up. Works like a charm. I did the prepping of the pump buttons, but nothing came out. Later I came back to take shower and they all worked fine. Followed the directions and it was easy to install and refill. Holds a lot of soaps. It also fit fine into my RV sized shower.

Updated reviewAs in the original review below I was prepared for another pump to go bad on me. It did, and I was prepared with all the paperwork. I made a request straight to the company web site and explained my problem. A representative wrote me an email just a few days later apologizing for my inconvenience and requested my address to send me some replacement pumps. I was unbale to submit pictures of the problem on their web site and asked if they wanted me to send pictures of the problem to her? She said don’t worry about it and I’ll have a new pump in the mail tomorrow. Well, a week or so later the pump arrived in the mail. HUGE KUDOS to Elana L. at Better Living for addressing my problem and fixing it right away. THIS is how customer service should be.4 stars just became 5One of the pumps broke on our original after a year or so, liked it so much that we bought the exact same one again. Went thru the paper work for this one and saw there is a two year guarantee on all parts. Ouch! I’ll be saving the receipt and paperwork for this one for a while.

Fell off mounting tape in less than a week.
Product fell off the mounting tape and caused total loss of expensive shampoo, body wash and conditioner worth a lot more than this dispenser. I had loaded one bottle of each and they were all gone down the drain.The back plate was mounted using 8 inches of 3m extreme mounting tape that is rated for 2 lbs per square inch. So that’s 16 lbs, much less than the weight of this dispenser and its contents. In hindsight, the back plate has large perforations and is made of slippery plastic that is unfit for mounting without screws.No way the supplied glue and sticky tape would have held either.I’ve mounted much heavier mirrors in the bathroom and even tools to the wall with the 3m tape.My best guess that the quality control is poor and there are mould release agents or lubricants which weren’t completely stripped off at the factory. Big oversight.I didn’t find anything wrong with the dispenser itself. It did work great the 2 days that I used it.Update 01/03/2019:I called the company on their 1800 number on their website. They answered on the first ring and were very gracious. Unlike most companies, the reps I spoke to were based out of America. They also did not transfer me back and forth. Very commendable.Unfortunately, when I told the rep what happened her tone changed immediately and I sensed that they get this a lot. The rep immediately offered me a free replacement which I politely declined. I had some expensive products in this dispenser and when I asked them to compensate me the rep quickly transferred me to the next level. (I’m not petty but I could easily purchase 4 of these dispensers with how much I lost in product.)This lady was also very polite but sounded pretty jaded from the get to. She pretty much told me that they do not warrant faulty installations. When I informed her that I used an excess of 3M Extreme mounting tape, her answer was that they can’t help because I used a third party product to mount their product. I politely informed her that mirrors mounted in my bathroom using this tape have held on for years but she wasn’t having it.When I asked her about all the complaints on amazon of this specific dispenser falling off when mounted using the adhesives they’ve supplied, her answer was that they were all installed incorrectly with the silicone adhesive applied over the sticky tape.Huh? I see 17% reviews here are 1 star mostly due to the same catastrophic issue and everyone is installing it incorrectly?Based on my experience, I think this is a fluke product from an otherwise great company. I have heard of their brand before (can’t remember where) and was really disappointed. My guess is they have excess inventory of this sku and they are trying to get rid of it. It is a neat looking product that would cost a lot more than 8 bucks but even Mercedes Benz made a few bad cars back in the day.I wish them all the best, but for me, once bitten is twice shy.

A Great Product for the Permanent Home Owner
What can I say about this product? I absolutely love it, but I don’t know how our landlord is going to feel about how I used silicone glue and double sided tape to get it to stick to the inside of the shower. It works great, holds more than enough shampoo,conditioner, and body wash for me and my husband (we buy in bulk from costco). It doesn’t sporadically leak, and refilling it is very easy. There’s even space to stack little things like razors or other little bottles on top of it if needed. If you don’t want a permanent dispenser don’t buy this one though because you literally glue it to the wall, but it holds like a rock! Maybe when Better Living gets a little smarter they will produce ones that can be hung over the shower head base like caddy dispensers so you don’t have to glue it to the wall and piss off your landlord. But for being an overly compulsive organizer, it certainly makes my morning everyday taking a shower with my dispenser!

Best I’ve tried
With several Airbnb units, I’ve tried several types of shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers. Others I’ve tried were either too hard to fill or leaked. I’ve now replaced two of those with this model and it works really well. It can be a challenge if you need to empty one of the chambers (I absentmindedly added body wash into the conditioner slot 🙄) because the chambers are not separable, so turning them over to pour one out pours all out. That aside, I’m very happy with the quality and usability of these units.

I was going to leavr a 5 star review for appearance, functionality, ease of installation, etc. Followed instructions to the letter…esp with priming, ( it did take quite a few pumps to prime, but did work. I suggest thinning out really thick conditioner though) and used it last night for the first time. Worked well and was pleased. Until I came to take a shower tonight. 3/4 of an expensive bottle of shampoo had LEAKED all over the rim of the tub and onto the floor. There was barely any left in the chamber.So much for 5 stars. Totally unacceptable. And they owe me for a $$ bottle of shampoo too. Do not recommend this product.

Delivers as expected. I have bought two 4 chamber dispensers from Better living in the past, each time for a new home. They stay up as promised; the last one stayed up for over 25 years and I left it for the new owners when I sold my house.I have installed this new 3 chamber dispenser in my new condo shower. It looks very nice and I expect it will stay up without a problem.Follow the installation instructions and you will have no problems. Priming the pumps was also problem free.

We put it up using the adhesive strips and alien tape. Three days later we filled it 3/4 full of shampoo, conditioner and soap. About 3 in the morning it came off the wall and smashed into about six pieces. Not impressed at all. STRONGLY suggest screwing to the wall.

Many reviewers say this soap dispenser fell off the wall. I’d say, if you follow these instructions, it shouldn’t fall:1) Wash the wall with alcohol to make sure there is no soap scum that might make the double-face tape slip off. Dry it.2) I bought 3M tape because I didn’t trust their small tape included.3) Remove the back plate from the containers and just stick the back plate with 3M double face tape (apply on the 4 squares at the back of the plate.4) Apply all of the silicone to the back plate, covering as much surface as possible.5) Stick it on the wall and press firmly for 1 minute.6) I preferred to apply it flat on the wall and not in the corner of the shower because there’s more surface for the silicone to glue with. This is preferable since the wall will get really humid and you want as much of its surface to stick.7) Let it dry for 24 hours (don’t take a shower while it dries).8) Install the containers and fill them up.9) You might have to let the air out of the pumps before the liquid flows through. In which case, press the button, block the exhaust of the container with your finger, pump 10 times while blocking the exhaust. This should allow enough liquid to fill the chamber.After a month of use, it works well, stores a lot of shampoo, conditionner and shower gel, it hasn’t fallen off.I’d say, if you don’t put weight on it and you don’t pull on it, it should stick to your wall a long time.Even very thick conditionner flows through easily.
