Very nice lamp
Works very well for my office. Adjustment work flawlessly and the light is warm, not “LED bright” like you may expect. Very easy to assemble and sturdy. This was a very good purchase at a fair price point.I would recommend to others.

I bought 6 of these to illuminate my new apartment which is very dark. 4 in the living room and 2 in the master bedroom. These lamps provide decent illumination but they’re not super bright so do not expect too much. I needed 4 of them to get good lighting in my 14′ by 14′ living room, and it’s not overly bright. The color of the light has a slight pinkish hue, which you may or may not experience depending on the color of your walls and ceiling. They arrive in a small box and you have to screw the different sections together to create the ~6′ tall length. The last top section off the pole is a bit hard to screw in and you’ll have to get a little brutal with the cable to get it to work. The pole itself is pretty thin, but it’s not offensive. Switching on/off and dimming works fine. I was not a fan of the packaging because the combination of styrofoam, packing tape and plastic always makes a mess and it’s not eco friendly. But at this price point, it’s very good value for money!

Great Lamp
In looking for a 3 fixture pole lamp at a number of local vendors they were either flimsy and poor quality or priced beyond what I was willing to spend. Went to Amazon and found this lamp for $50 figuring if it didn’t work out I could always return it.Delivery was in a matter of days. Took less than 5 minutes to assemble, less time than it took to remove lamp from the box. It was well packed so no damage in transit. Once assembled I realized that the base was heavier than my 10 – 15 year old lamp that had died.The only glitch was I expected to receive 3 light bulbs with the lamp. When I looked for them, not there. Emailed manufacturer and within less than 24 hours had a response. They pointed out that in the verbage on Amazon they indicated no bulbs and had reduced the price from $69.99 to their sale price of $49.99. I checked and had just overlooked their verbage about no bulbs. My error.Even at the $70 price and no light bulbs I would have kept the lamp.

sooooo… About this light
I dont do many reviews. However, if something deserves it i will.You really only need to know 4 things:- Its bright! The brightest floor flight ive ever used. Im very impressed. It took a 20×20 room and 2 of them completely light it up.- The Dimming Feature is nice. A remote option would be better… but im sure it would cost moreThe bad- The base is to small and its very easy to topple. Its durable and light weight… so not many issues. However, its annoying on carpet. Just keep that in mind if your using carpet and have pets or small kids- Its not the easiest to put together… but its not bad. Took me 15 minutes per light. Its hard to fix this… Its because of the cord. If the cord is too long, its a pain. If the cord is too short its a pain… I had issues with both being to short and long while putting it together, so be prepared to spend a bit of time assembling.- Bonus – Yes The LEDs are permanent. You can change them… at least im pretty sure. Most LEDs have insane lifetimes these days. You should get a couple 1000 hours i would think. If it dissapoints ill updateIf you need a floor lamp, get this… It will be my go too.

Almost like my favorite old halogen torchiere
I still have my favorite old torchiere lamp from college, and I love it. That thing can light up a room and provide hours of added warmth. It also makes a great bug zapper should an errant moth wander by ~ I can still smell it. Alas, my grown children have absconded with the beloved old lamp, so I needed to purchase a new one. I opted for a more sustainable LED torch lamp.This new lamp may not provide the added heat, and moth annihilating capabilities, but the light is just as bright, and I’m happy I purchased it. Yes, the rod lacks the girth of the old lamp, but so far it seems to be holding up well. I may need to purchase an additional lamp for other rooms in the house.

Overall decent lamp , but with a few drawbacks
The lamp assembles prettty easily, if you read the instructions and do it in order (although I was not looking forward to unassembling it when I was considering sending it back).Bright enough BUT only lights upward, as “pan” area is black metal and lets no light through to side or bottom areas. The picture actually shows this, but I did not really understand it, before I had it assembled and connected.This lamp IS dimmable, and the dimming mechanism DOES work, bit it is a little touchy and often has to be attempted multiple times, (which is a little annoying when you are in a hurry).No remote, so you have to stand next to it and hold in the on/off button to dim it.Lowest brightness is enough to keep a room slightly lit, for nighttime navigation.Stand is adequate, but base is a bit less sturdy on my, saltillo tile floor than ideal,and might be problematic on some carpet .For many purposes it might be a fine lamp, depending on your room setup and patience with the dimmer.
