Nice quality
Nice quality. This is our second one we have purchased. We have one by each of our outdoor door sinks. Works great and no more looking for soap. UPDATE: This company stands behind its products! We had a problem with one of our soap dispensers and after contacting the seller I had a new one in the mail in a few days. I would definitely buy from them again.

BASIC AND WELL BUILT
We use this in our auto repair shop, and it works just like you would expect it to. It’s well built, easy to install and refilling is a breeze. This baby should last for a while!

Not the one
I’m not sure goes to contact customer service.I ordered this in December and the product came and was dirty/had black inside. I opted to select to return it, but ended up not sending it back because I had family coming in town. I washed it and thought it was good enough, but it wasn’t. About a month ago (3 months of use between two people) the push dispenser was converted in a greenish color as it was rusting or building up. It completely doesn’t work, now, and after a month of no use black is coming out. I use the recommended soap type. Customer service, if you’re willing to exchange out I would greatly appreciate it. I should have done it initially.

Great product – Some Problems
I love the look and the ease of install. I ordered 4 for our small business and they have worked well up to this point. After 8 months two of them have issues with the pump being stuck. We are not using any corrosive or abrasive cleaner. It does get a lot of use because we are a business, but I would think it could hold up to continual use since it says commercial. We may have to re-order, but don’t want to keep buying the same one if this continues to occur.

Just what I was looking for.
This is exactly what I was looking for. For a small bathroom with a small pedestal sink mounted to the wall. This mounted above the sink so I will no longer be knocking the soap dispenser on the floor every time I enter or exit the space. thank you. this product seems well made and is easy to mount and use. so far, no leaks or problems.

The Best, so far
This is the 3rd soap dispenser I’ve purchased and installed in the last 6 weeks. First one broke on the first push of the button to release soap. Second one, the stem that you push for soap broke off after a few uses. The one I have is stainless steel, and the stem that the soap is dispersed through is solid metal. Works great. Using it over the sink in the garage. Have a new papertowel dispenser and soap dispenser with antibacterial soap. Just another level to protect against the Covid-19.

Excelente acabado, fácil de rellenar y les cabe bastante jabón, las puse en un baño donde entran muchos clientes y a alguien se le ocurrió quitar el botón que se presiona para dispensar el jabón (el cual se quita muy fácil puesto que tiene rosca) así que mi dispensador ya no funciona y el vendedor no tiene refacciones. Duró una semana y sin ese botón ya no se puede operar.

I am a mechanic and I cannot for the life of me understand how this product is well reviewed. There is a triangular backing plate anchored to the wall, and then the back of the dispenser has triangular slats that should tension up against the plate. Or that is the idea but the slats are malleable, thin metals that provide such a weak connection that a secure connection is impossible. One slight tap and the dispenser would fall to the ground. Either I received a defective unit or I am a complete moron. Looking at the hundreds of 5 star reviews though it may be the latter!
