The only plates I will ever use.
I have been using Corelle plates and bowls for well over 12 years. My parents used it when I was growing up and now I use it.These plates are light weight but sturdy and it just makes handling the plate so much easier.Heavier plates are great for formal dining but not everyday in my opinion.These plates are extremely durable. I used the same plates my parents gave me many years ago today.I remember being a kid and noticing the difference in weight when we would eat at home versus eat at a friends house because everyone else had heavy plates. If you have young kids these plates will be perfect for them to practice holding food on a plate, carrying to the table, etc…I will forever be purchasing these plates as a memory of my parents but also because they are the best for daily use.They are not too expensive and worth every cent.

Simple beautiful functional plates
Are you serious? These plates are perfect! My husband uses a lot of paper plates and I wanted to end that cycle. These plates are sturdy, and we have put them to the test basically because we use them every single day, for breakfast, lunch and sometimes a small dinner salad. The Corelle plates look nice on my table and I get complements on the simple beauty of the plates. I bought 2 sets of the white and they mix in well with my other dishes. I can’t live without them.

Greatest bowls
I took a business trip and brought my son back in 2017 and found 2 of these bowls at a Topps grocery store. My son is on the spectrum so fast forward to the other day and he says mom – I need more of these bowls. This is an autism moms worst nightmare. I had No hope of finding them but Amazon saved the day! These Are Awesome! They hold up well, wash well, are large enough for boy/men portions, handle the microwave and dishwasher great. I highly recommend!

Addition to original collection
I have had the white Corelle dishes for everyday and special use for years but had never purchased the larger dinner plates. Since I plan to host more in my new situation, I wanted the larger plates to add to my collection. My older dishes look as bright and new as the new plates.

Great Bowls.
These bowls are so ideal for a bowl of soup or a serving of cereal. It’s really only a one serving bowl so you won’t over. Serve yourself and I love how they don’t break when you tap them against the sink which I often do and they don’t stain.

My new favorite instead of plates
I love these 8 1/2 inch salad bowls, it has a shallow depth about 1 1/2″. I haven’t had a salad in them yet. I use them for a sandwich with chips on the side. If I have chicken parm the red sauce stays in place. Sometimes I like to have a meal in the den on the sofa while watching a movie. Everything stays in place, nothing is sliding off the plate. The 8 1/2 inch size is great, smaller than a plate so it provides a little portion control. I am actually using these bowls more oftern than plates.

Too bowl like to be true multifunction plate/bowl
Picked these up as a two in one solution, plate and bowl combo, for our boat. We cruise full time and wanted a durable solution to tableware that was not plastic nor ceramic nor wooden. I’ve appreciated corelle dinnerware for decades for its durability.Four stars as the product is much more bowl like than a plate with tall sides like many other pasta bowls. I was really hoping the bottom was flatter so you can use it as a plate with separate foods spaced apart. It’s great for soups stews and pastas and salads but cramped for meals like a protein, side salad and a starch or other dish. I had to purchase separate plates for that which also added bulk to the cabinet they sit in. We are very cramped for space. I’m stuck with these as we are no longer in areas we can easily replace them with something else.

Teenager proof
My son loves Corelle bowls. If you eat chili or stew the bowls don’t stain like plastic and they do not chip. So if you have teenage boys who are rough on your dishes, try this brand. They will break if dropped though.

Its a standard Corelle white plate. Bought them long time back in 2019. Bought 24 pieces. Still look perfect. No scratches or cracks. And best part is that it was at 80% discount. Never found it at such discount again.
