Beautiful but easy to break.
Beautiful but a bit fragile. Tips easily.Hollow and thin. Squirrel knocked it over and it broke.Had to glue the pieces back together, used gold on seams so not awful.

Great for the garden
Came in perfect condition. She is absolutely stunning. The size is true. Bottom is flat so she sits well but I do wish she were heavier because in the elements, a good 30mph gust can knock her down.

Very pretty but lightweight
The statue itself is very attractive with lovely detail. It is, however, quite light in terms of weight. Because I purchased it for us on an outdoor patio, it is likely to be easily knocked over by our cats and blown over by the wind. I’ve propped it using stones that match the patio but they won’t hold it in a strong wind. If made in a sturdier and more weighty material, it would have been a solid 5 for me.

I’ve had this since 2019. She’s sat outside for this entire time, enduring the extremes of Missouri weather. She started off looking exactly like the picture, but over time she started weathering and the look is gorgeous. definitely recommend!

I love how she looks so peaceful, calm, the detail is exquisite, she reminds of a Goddess of Nature, quite light in weight, so be sure this statue is well fastened down. I used double sided tape in some places & then Gardner Bender compound putty I found here on amazon.ca.to fill around the bottom as the dress has waves. I have her outside on a stand by my door, nice if you place this statue with a light background. I was fortunate and got this exquisite statue on sale. I’m very pleased with my purchase, beautiful as outdoor piece for Summer in Canada, I’ll then keep this statue indoors until next Summer. Toscano did an excellent piece of art! Great Value!

Je cherchais une statue de Déesse de la végétation (style Déméter / Cérès tout en étant dans l’esprit du paganisme) pour orner le centre de mon potager. Elle devait bien entendu être à l’épreuve du milieu extérieur (ce qui n’est pas le cas des statues en résine standard, conçues pour l’intérieur). Je pense avoir trouvé mon bonheur avec celle-ci. Cette statue correspond exactement à l’énergie que je recherchais : féminine avec de la végétation honorablement mise en valeur. Et il y a même des oiseaux ! Tous ceux qui sont proches de la nature et/ou de sensibilité païenne en seront facilement admiratifs.Par rapport aux statues d’intérieur style NemesisNow, elle est tout autant détaillée tout en ayant un prix inférieur (et est d’ailleurs l’une des moins chères du catalogue de Design Toscano). Sa “grande” taille de 41 cm (je le mets entre guillemets, car leur catalogue propose d’autres ornementations beaucoup plus grandes) est une agréable surprise. La surface est peinte avec de jolis effets cuivrés / oxyde de cuivre.Il est explicitement mentionné dans le mode d’emploi que cette statue est adaptée aux conditions extérieures, soleil et pluie compris. Parfait : c’est ce que je recherchais ! Il est précisé qu’il faut juste la rentrer l’hiver, car le gel abîmerait le plâtre.Enfin, niveau fabrication, signalons que l’intérieur est creux (d’où le poids de 2 kg qui peut sembler faible par rapport à sa taille) et qu’il y a une surface antidérapante sur sa base ainsi qu’un trou au centre, permettant ainsi de l’ancrer sur une tige pour être sûr qu’elle ne se renverse pas.Juste un tout petit bémol : en 3 mois et demi que l’ai, la peinture s’est très localement (quelques mm²) déjà écaillée à 2-3 endroits. (Je précise qu’il n’a encore jamais gelé.) Rien de méchant, il faut regarder de très près pour le voir. J’espère juste sur le long-terme que le reste de la surface ne subira pas le même sort.

Beautiful statue , extremely well packed. Highly recommended. The only comment I have and this is not a criticism but I would like to have had it a little taller, say 50cm. This might make it a little more expensive but it would be worth it.
