Wonderful lights
I love these. Purchased a second time to add to my yard and as a gift for my mom. They hold up very well and are charming. The flexibility of the post or hanging clips is a great feature. They charge well and stay lit for a long time. Might purchase yet another set!

These actually work in the rain and cold weather!
I would highly recommend these lights for anyone looking for a nice ambient light that actually works when you leave them out in the rain, sun, heat and cold! I bought these in March 2021, left them in the yard until November 2021, brought them in for the winter and they work just fine once again! Super easy to assemble. They’re attractive and I have them hanging on 18” little metal posts I picked up at the dollar store last year. I thought I might need to go around and shut them off (each lantern has an on/off switch that I only ever turned off when I stored them for the winter) or that they’d get wet inside and stop working for after a month or two. Not the case though and I’m just thrilled with them. The lights appear brighter in my photos but they do give off more light than you’d expect, perhaps because they’re hanging 18” off the ground. You can’t go wrong with these especially at this price point! I haven’t even needed to replace the batteries yet which is amazing.

Ambient lighting
I will have to say that these lights are really pretty. I love the candle design and everything but I was hoping these lights were brighter. These lights are more ambient lighting. However my purpose for them in my garden were to light up the surrounding area better. I do have these lights on a slope and that may possibly be a factor for where the direction of lighting I want didn’t go my way. They are pretty to look at. It’s pitch black around my house so I have invested in trying out the different solar lights out there on the market and really hoped these lights would be super bright. They are literally candlelight bright. They are very decorative in my yard and that’s a plus for me. Some of the lights I put in the front of my property I have against a wall which do make the lights appear even more brighter so depending on where you want to place your lights I guess. Another plus for me is that these lights kick on at night and go off by 5am so when I end up waking and going out front for a smoke up until then at anytime of the night, it’s really nice to see the candle lights. The quality seems decent. I have other gigalumi lights that hold up very well. The lights endured severe thunderstorms and flash floods and cold weather just fine shining strong so a big super plus for these lights!

Looks good in the flowers day or night.
I wouldn’t recommend leaving these out over the winter months. They don’t hold up good to the elements. Otherwise they are quite attractive in the garden day and night.

Wonderful lights
Loved these lights! The light is nice and bright but it is not very “big,” if that makes sense? Basically, they add nice, romantic lighting to your pathway but it’s not something that would fully light up your entire pathway – which is what I was looking for. I didn’t want anything obnoxious or cheesy looking so these were perfect.They are truly waterproof (we’ve had some storms and they’ve held up beautifully), and they are plastic but sturdy and of good quality – they look like metal.One of the lights did end up being way dimmer than the others, but the customer service was great and issued me a refund for the damaged light, so I’m still giving it 5 stars. I did need one more light to complete my pathway, so I ordered their two-pack and simply replaced the damaged one, so no harm done. (I actually just placed the damaged one ony dining room table centerpiece just as a decorative piece and it looks wonderful).Great product!

Beautiful lighting, but I couldn’t repair them.
My only complaint is I bought them in May, tried to change the battery on one of the lights & it still doesn’t work. They are not sold separately and cost over $40 to replace the 8 lamps.

I enjoy reading reviews where people have actually used the product for a while, but I always forget to come back and update mine, or write one, after time has passed. This is the second time I’ve purchased this exact item, so my review is based off of the first order.I first ordered these lamps in May 2020. I used them outside, in the middle of nowhere (they had no kind of shelter). I did not put them away in the winter, they were exposed to the elements year round from May 2020 to April 2020, almost 2 years. I am replacing these because one was ran over (hit and run haha) plus, they weren’t all working any more so they did need replaced. It wasn’t until the last few months that I noticed some of them starting to fail, so they probably lasted me around a year and a half – 2 years.There’s really nothing to assemble, just snap the handle on (if you’re hanging them) or stick the stake in – I hung all mine, so I have no comment on the longevity of the stake. They aren’t super bright but I don’t think they really lost much, if any, brightness over the years. They do have more of a warm white/yellow tint, not a bright white. I saw a couple pictures in the reviews that showed a pretty bright light, I didn’t have that experience with any of mine – so maybe it was just the picture. There’s a picture of steps, with the lanterns sitting on each step – I would say that’s similar to the brightness and color that mine give off.I found them to be good enough to buy a second time.
