Don’t Buy Unless You Want to Spend More
Just like Apple, Hallmark has created their own power supply and system for these $50 devices. This is an item you have to buy separately for at least $15, if not more. They’ve even used a non-standard power port size so that you have to get it from them. Same thing Apple did with their phones, which they’re now up to their third or fourth version, forcing you to have to buy their accessories. For $50, you could have put a $3 power supply in there, Hallmark! Wish I could give it zero stars.

High quality Hallmark ornament. If you are a It’s a Small World Fan, you have to have this ornament for your tree. Beautiful design. Fun to look at.

Warning, no cord included
Can’t believe it, but it doesn’t come with the power cord. Confirmed with Hallmark support that it’s not included. There’s zero mention of that anywhere even on the packaging, but you need to buy it separately if you want it to turn on. Incredibly misleading and disappointing considering how great this ornament is, but no way I’ll buy another ornament from Hallmark.

Missing parts
I waited for this product for over a week so excited to get it. When it finally arrived it was missing the charger cord and I was unable to use it. Ordered a replacement item. Will see if that one comes complete. Very disappointed

Nice ornament, but even though the box has it advertised as a 70th Anniversary item, the decoration itself has no decoration like that which was disappointing.

J’adore It’s a small world, mon fils m’a offert cette déco de Noël en cadeau d’anniversaire. Elle est superbe, bien détaillée, un petit défaut de peinture sur une robe, mais rien de majeur. Je n’ai pas encore le fil pour le faire fonctionner mais tel quel c’est une magnifique décoration.

The box it came in was in terrible condition and the instructions mention only using a ‘Hallmark Keepsake’ charger which are next to impossible to find/buy and are definitely not sold on Amazon. The charger I did buy to try and use doesn’t seem to work. All in all, a bit of a dud. Would be unhappy at £20 never mind the £50 I paid and the £75 it then went up to.
