To connect the light strings in series, first, locate the end-to-end plug of the leading wire of your existing set, unscrew and remove it along with the adapter and leading wire, leaving a male plug. Then, take a new full set of lights, find its end plug, remove its cap to get a female plug, connect the male and female plugs and tighten them. This way, two sets are series-connected (sharing one plug), and you can repeat to connect up to 4 sets.

great lights! this is the second time I’ve ordered these lights. They’re bright. They’re easy to work with. They’re everything you’re looking for in string lights. My first set I ordered was for my Grinch tree and now I ordered some for my outdoor Halloween display great value great price excellent lights very bright very true color lights strongly recommend them.

The length is perfect
The length is unbelievable. I used them on my garge I have a double car garge and they were perfect plus I had some left over. I would most definitely recommend these lights. I like that you can change the lights from blinking to twinkle it has 8 settings and you can change it to your preferences. And the cord that plugs into the outlet gives you so much more length. Yes these lights are really good. Most definitely recommend

Love these lights! The color is a beautiful purple, there are 8 function options ~ like – sequential, slow fade, twinkle/flash, steady on etc. The lights are small in size which is what I wanted. They kind of glow at night! Very happy with this purchase!

I bought like 5-6 boxes of these last year for this year. One was dead, I even tried a different connection from one of the other strings. They are very nice looking though, and I just ordered 4 more.

Used to replace v old incandescent lights in my box with garland that we could no longer find replacement bulbs for. Much nicer warmer, white than most of the LEDs. I have tried and returned. Wish the cord was a bit light green to blend in better with foliage but secured using florist tape. Nice length. Will try on our tree this year!

Very happy with these lights so far.
Time will tell how well they hold up, but they work well right now. There are a lot of extra options for lighting, but I don’t use them. I stick with the old school static on. They were a little easier to hang than my previous c6 lights, but there will always be tangles and snags. I know the lights have their own timer. I use my own timer though, so I never tested the functionality of the lights’ timer.. 4 strands were enough to perfectly fit around my porch, and sort of cover most of my dogwood tree. The pictures never do justice, but they are very bright, and I recommend them. If they burn out after one season I will update my review, but I typically expect 2-4 seasons out of my lights.

Chosen Color Pattern Randomly Changes
This product has a lot of good reviews, so this might be a rarity, but I did see a few others mention it as well. When you set your color with the remote, it will randomly change back to another pattern. For me, it was changing to blue. I was not sure if this was the remote malfunctioning, so I set it back on multicolor and removed the battery from the remote. This did not help it, it still reverted back. So then I tried changing the pattern from the switch on the box near the plug. Since then, it hasnt reverted back. But ill update my review if it does.The remote is the same garbage remote that you find with all color-changing lights – not just string lights, but outdoor spotlights, artificial candles, etc… Its the most worthless piece of crap remote ever made. But you might get lucky and get a few months out of it. Just be ready to have to change the settings from the box – not a huge deal, not for me, I dont really care about the remote but thats because I already know its going to be garbage.Other than that, the lights are good. If the color change still occurs even when changing from the box, then that changes things a lot, rending these lights useless. As mentioned, ill update if that happensEDIT: changed to 1 star.Turns out it is not the remote. No matter what setting I use, it always goes back to static blue. The battery has been completely out of the remote and I changed it from the box. It sometimes last for several hours, sometimes just a few minutes. Since blue is the only color it’ll work with and no matter what I set it to, it automatically reverts to blue, these are beyond useless to me. I’ll be returning them.EDIT – Changed back to 5 starThe reason I changed this review is because I found the cause of the changing lights and it is not the manufacturers fault. If you are experiencing this issue – do you have any magnetic alarms or anything similar that sends a signal around your house? For me, one of the doors in my house has that cheap magnetic alarm that chimes when the door is opened – it sends the signal to base thats plugged in and acts as an alarm.Turns out, this signal is what was causing the issue. I noticed it when someone walked through the door as I was staring at the tree, and after several tests, confirmed this is the issue. This is obviously not the fault of the manufacturer, although I am quite surprised that this signal interferes with the lights and always turns them blue. It even happens when the base is not plugged in, so when the magnets separate, somehow the lights receive the signal and change color.

Purchased these for my artificial 7’4” Christmas tree. Started at the top and wrapped each branch. Perfect length and perfect brightness without the heavy cord. Every year I need to purchase new strings of light at Canadian tire as they just don’t last. Read the reviews and so far so good. Great price too!
