Kingston Brushed Nickel Towel Rack
The Kingston freestanding towel rack is a nice size for my large bathroom. It easily holds two bath towels, but it is a bit unsteady; I have tightened the screws as much as possible. The brushed nickel finish is nice, but I don’t like the plastic end caps on the end of the bars. Price at over $60 was more than the quality is worth. All in all, I am keeping it.

Beautiful in our bathroom. A few folks commented on the height but we can hang our bath towels and they don’t touch the floor. They come close so it’s not super high but it does the job. Very modern looking. Easy to assemble

This item was Delivered mid January 2016. I waited a while to write this review. The item arrived in good condition; fast shipping; easy enough to put together. Stand is sturdy.The only Negative comment regrading this item is the “plugs” that cap the ends of the bars. Not sure if due to moisture from towels or what BUT mine have discolored ~ looks real nasty. I realize they are probably plastic of some sort ~ but makes the stand look Cheap ~

Great product and customer experience.
This is a great product with only one downside, which I will address first: the open ends of the metal channels are chromed plastic and detract from the solidness of the rest of the rack. Among the positives are the design of the rack and the packaging. Assembling the rack requires the insertion of 6 screws. All of the screws are situated on the same side of the rack. By placing this side of the rack toward the wall, all the screws are hidden. The screws require an Allen wrench, which is included. The pieces fit together perfectly and assembly is very easy. All of the small pieces required to assemble the rack are neatly arranged in a plastic sleeve with a heat seal delineation between each category of part. The metal pieces that the rack stands on is hollow. The kit comes with a very heavy, solid piece of metal that slides into the hollow channels and gives the rack quite a bit of stability.Given the care and thought that went into the design of the rack and the packaging, I’m a bit surprised at the cheap plastic ends. They detract somewhat from what is otherwise a really nice product.

This is exactly what I wanted to hang a couple of small throws or blankets in my living room. Compact size … about 2′ wide by 3′ tall. The oiled bronze finish is so nice. So easy to assemble, with just an allen key. Hidden weights slip in the bottom to keep it sturdy. Great price, shipped quickly. One piece had a little scratch on it but I really don’t mind, it gets covered by what I hang on it. Nice product!

It’s strong and sturdy stand. Takes lesss than 10 min. to assemble. A great alternative, if you have little kids who tries to use traditional wall hanging towel bars as monkey bars.

This is “ok’ish” for the cost of it and my overall response to this towel rack is “meh”. I am not going to return it because it is sort of OK but it is not as nice as it looks in the picture and it absolutely is NOT worth the asking price. I would think it would be worth about half of the asking price. It is OK but nothing special and for me I would not recommend a purchase of this towel rack. It is way overpriced and not that nice.

The Rack was poorly constructed. The Screws provided for the base do not fit the already drilled holes and require major strength to attach. One of the straight tubes was damaged and required repair. The only benefit is that the manufacturer provides Counterweight bars for the straight tubes to give the rack some strength.
