A unique interface
Before talking about other issues, the biggest difference between this and other LED mirrors is the interface. This had me foxed until I read the instructions, which I never thought I would have to do! The on/off button switches both the lighting and the anti-fog system on/off, depending whether you press long or short. That really was a surprise. Now I think about it, this actually makes a lot of sense, but having tested very many LED mirrors, this is the first I have tried which behaves in this way. I am going to suspend judgment on that feature. If LED mirrors had been this way from the start, then by now everyone would expect this and think it normal. This unique interface may actually be better than the usual one … but it will take some getting used to for me!Packaging is good, with reinforcement at the corners. Hanging is from two French cleats (these and all fittings are included). A two pin plug enables you to test the mirror immediately. Instructions are clear, and thankfully explain how to get the anti-fog working! Lighting is front and back with a plastic diffuser at the rear.This is, given I think the anti-fog selection will work out to be better than the usual model, what I consider the complete set of ideal features for a modern LED mirror. I have often said that I hate two button interfaces, but all the other two button interfaces have anti-fog on one button and everything else on the other. Having on/off for both lighting and anti-fog on the same button makes a big difference. Now the other button handles the color and intensity of the lighting, but you cannot accidentally switch the lighting off whilst you are changing it.This is the first LED mirror I have seen by Trahome, and somehow they have managed to improve on everyone else’s design at what may for all I know by their first attempt.Wow.

Hard wire or just plug in and ready to go!
This mirror came exceptionally well packaged with foam on the edges, MDF and thicker foam on the corners, extra foam sheets and a protective film on the glass.The slim profile and quick install option was really helpful in getting this installed in a guest bedroom. It is a great feature to be able to plug this in and immediately check out all of the light settings, adjusting to all the way bright and then to somewhat dim with a quick Touch of a button. All of the hanging hardware is included which means I didn’t have to make a trip to the hardware store.This mirror is a perfect size to tuck in behind a door and as it does not weigh very much, I’m not concerned about it falling off the wall if the door is closed firmly.The quality of this mirror makes it a fantastic value for the money. It adds a modern look and diverse functionality to suit any guest I have visiting.

Very Nice, Well-Made Mirror – Great Antifogging and Lighting Options – Perfect for Renter
I’ve tested a lot of bathroom mirrors over the years, and I’m genuinely impressed with how bright, clean, and modern it makes the space feel. The lighting is perfectly balanced – it’s bright enough for detailed tasks but easy to soften for nighttime (think getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night). The anti-fog feature works just as described, and the mirror itself feels high quality, with a smooth, distortion-free reflection.Installation was pretty painless, and I appreciated that it could be either plugged in (I am a renter) or hardwired depending on preference. The glass and frame feel sturdy, and the overall design really elevates the room.My only complaint is the two-button setup. It’s not the most intuitive system, and it takes a bit of trial and error to get the right combination for brightness and color temperature. Once you figure it out, though, it does remember your settings, which helps. But I much prefer a three-button interface, which many other mirrors have.Despite that small frustration, this mirror is a great blend of style and function. It is also well-priced, making it an economical option. The sleek edge lighting gives the wall a subtle halo effect that looks incredible at night. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for anyone wanting a polished, contemporary bathroom. Four stars from me. 👍

An excellent, highly functional, minimalistic and modern-looking illuminated mirror
Personally I thought the photos that advertised this mirror really didn’t do it justice (for example, I wasn’t completely certain it didn’t have some sort of frame). Overall this frameless, illuminated mirror is really excellent! It works great, and it remembers the previous lighting settings (brightness and color). The anti-fogging feature (long-press the power button) works great as well – it shuts off after 30-minutes automatically.Installation is easy, and you have numerous wiring options. The best option is installing a recessed plug in the wall behind the mirror – ideally drawing power from the ‘downstream’ side of a nearby GFI outlet. This will power the mirror invisibly. But the kit also includes the ability to hardwire the mirror into your wall, but you’d still want a junction box behind the mirror. There’s no need to power it from a power source that has an on/off switch – you control the mirror’s functionality with the two touch-sensitive controls on the front.Overall my wife and I are really happy with this mirror. The 24″W x 36″H mirror looks great in our single-vanity guest bath. We’ll look for an opportunity to upgrade out master bath mirror in the near future as well – after about two days of using this mirror you’ll wonder how you ever survived without one.
