Great replacement
A perfect match to our others! We got a set of Mikasa plates, bowls, etc. for a wedding gift, and since then this many of the small bowls have broken, and we only have a few left. I was so happy to be able to find these on Amazon to complete our set.

Nice Looking but Semi Fragile
These are really nice to eat from, light weight and easy to clean and dry. However, they chip and crack easily. Handle with care.

Perfect ice cream bowl!
These are adorable and match my set. We use them for small treats like ice cream or fruit. They’re not too fragile, but I wouldn’t call them durable. We’re very careful with them. We do put them in the dishwasher just fine though.

Were these “seconds”?
The embossed pattern on these bowls was kind of mushy, not as sharply defined as on other pieces of this pattern I own. It’s been a wonderful set of china for years, very sturdy and appealing for all occasions, and I just needed a few extra bowls, but these were not up to par. Not worth returning, but a bit disappointing. Made me wonder whether these specific bowls were rejects o factory seconds. Otherwise, I LOVE-LOVE this style and brand of dinnerware.

The bowls that came with my set were huge and waaaaaaay too big for just a morning bowl of cereal or a little soup for lunch. These bowls are the PERFECT size.I am blown away with Amazon’s customer service. This is china and one was totally broken and another was chipped when it arrived at my door. They just sent another set and it arrived in two days! Wow!! Thanks, Amazon.

Not the Original but lovely
Perhaps later I will take a picture of a side by side with the original mikasa fruit bowls. While the design and pattern are certainly there it is not as prevalent. Thankfully I am not necessarily trying to match but if I were I would be displeased. There should be some type of indication this is a new rendition because when you read the brand and item number, you think you’re getting the same thing.They are a good weight and size but I give them the 3 star so consumers will be aware.

I received these bowls the day after I ordered them. These are very nice bowls and size is better for cereal compared to the big bowls that come with the set. I will be ordering more so that I have a set of 8.

Not as advertised, as metric conversion is quite simply. Why couldn’t the size and quality be consistent?Size was not 28.96cm x 13. And the designs under the lip was poorly made.
