From the moment it arrived, it felt like a high-quality upgrade in both design and functionality.Pros:• The 3 litre stainless-steel tank means far fewer refills—great for busy days when I might forget to top up a normal bowl.• All the parts that touch the water are dishwasher-safe (especially the stainless steel tray) and the 4-layer filtration system keeps things tasting fresh and clean.• Love the smart-app monitoring: we can track when our pets drink, view patterns and make sure they’re staying well hydrated. Great fountain. Really like the app!
My rabbit drinks a lot of water and prefers fountains. I wanted one specifically for my bedroom because it’s where he spends 95% of his day. (He free roams 24/7 but considers my bedroom to be his favorite space). The previous one I had in my bedroom I did not like due to the design causing water to flood my room whenever the filter needed changing. This one I’ve had 0 issues with. I love the app features and that it tracks how much water he drinks at each trip. (Which is free for those that are curious) I really like that it stores up to 3 liters of water and that the app gives reminders for low water and an easy way to track when it needs cleaning or the filters need changing. You can set the frequency yourself to your liking but it also has a standard setting of 14 days. Personally 14 days seems to suffice just fine for my rabbit. You can also custom set what water level you want to have as a reminder for when the tank gets low so you don’t have to worry that your pet is out of water at any time. That was a big deal for me along with reminders for cleaning/filter changing due to my semi busy lifestyle working 3 jobs. I needed something that would remind me so I don’t have to remember a schedule and instead can check the app any time. The app also will give you an estimate how many days the water in the fountain will last. (I assume that may be estimated by either the average your pet consumes over time or maybe it’s just some standard estimate the app provides based on what they think is average for a single pet’s consumption). The app also has videos to show you how to clean and change the filters for those who may forget how to assemble and disassemble it.I ended up convincing my mom to get one as well for our geriatric cat who drinks a TON of water due to his health issues. Now we can see how much he drinks and monitor his water intake. As for the noise, it’s incredibly quiet. Can’t hear it at all. It’s easy to take apart and clean and seems very sturdy. The light on it is very low and not bothersome at all. (I like my bedroom completely dark when I sleep, so any light bothers me)I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fountain that is reliable, simple, easy maintenance and a touch of technical support to make maintenance routines a thoughtless process.

Solid Water Fountain
I’ve had this Water Fountain for a while now, and it’s been great for my household with two dogs and one cat. All three of them use it no problem, and the 3L is large enough that I don’t have to refill constantly. The stainless steel tray also feels cleaner and is so easy to wipe clean compared to plastic ones I’ve had previously. I also love the smart app monitoring which alerts me when water is low or if it’s time for cleaning. It’s quiet, has a modern look, and has definitely encouraged my pets to drink more water.

VERY QUIET
Honestly the best pet fountain I’ve ever owned, its really quiet and is easy to set up. App allows you to track your pets hydration and even tracks how many oz of water your pet(s) drank. Easy to maintain due to app notifying you when filter needs to be replaced and replacement filters are not super expensive. Only down side is that it has a pay wall for more premium services. Works as intended and is stainless steel so its easy to clean.

Started Rusting within One Week of Use
I loved the design and function of this pet water fountain and especially loved that it was plug in yet no part of the electrical was actually submerged in the water. The app worked well and provided helpful information. I do wish it had a larger capacity though because you’re refilling it often with a multi-pet household or even with just one large dog.While I really wanted to love everything about this, and I did initially, the reason for the one star rating is because it already started rusting within one week of use. ONE WEEK. I literally received and started using this fountain on 9/24/25. I rinsed the parts before first use (no sponge or scrubbing). On 10/1/25, I noticed three rust spots on it. How is that possible? This is supposed to be stainless steel? It was used indoor only, in a climate-controlled environment. This is very poor quality and it’s not acceptable to have rust on a drinking bowl. The whole purpose of this product is to continuously hold water. The materials used should be ones that will hold up to the use of always having water in it. I’m so disappointed. I immediately returned the pet fountain and, instead, went with an all glass one.
