I did like it at first I mean it does everything it’s supposed to do but one thing I really did notice is that the time change is kind of weird so it goes up to 24 hours so instead of the actual time

Nice Mirror, works well.
The first mirror I received was non-functional. The seller was responsive and did send me a replacement mirror. It took a couple of weeks and I had to send them a video to show what was wrong with the non-functional mirror before they would send the replacement. They did keep me informed as to their progress and Amazon continued to check in with me as to my satisfaction.I got the new mirror and it works perfectly, I’m very happy with it.Everyone did their job and I thank them all for doing so.

Light is bright
The clock is super annoying, and worse than that is the fact you have to turn it on with the touch screen button. I replaced an existing light with this, now i have a useless switch in the wall.

Really nice
I love this mirror. It’s very good looking and easy to install. You can avoid an electrician if you hang near a wall plug. I bought a plug, attached the mirror wires, and wa-la, it works great. Yes the wire shows but it’s not unnatural. The lighting is variable and pretty. The clock and defogger are neat. One annoying fact. The clock is 24 hour and I can’t make it 12 hour. Nothing in the instructions addresses this. It would be a clear 5 if I could switch to 12 hour.
