Will the 3M tape provided hold up to wind or rain? I have all thin plastic siding that cracks,can’t use screws or nails.

The light has sensor mode and constant light mode. You can switch between modes using the white button on the front of the light (there are three different modes).

Nice and bright
This was an excellent value. Two for this price is a good deal. I like the size and shape, it was easy to mount and looks nice above our side door. I thought it would detect motion from the side, but you have to be right in front of it , or very close to the side. It has different light settings, and the highest/brightest does a good job of illuminating the area

We live in the country where there are no street lights and the dark at night is so dark you can’t see your hand in front of your face. I began my quest for outdoor lighting after coming home after dark when I almost passed up my house because I couldn’t see it.I tried a couple of different solar lights designed for wall mounting to install on 3 sides of my house; the front, one side, and in back over our back deck. In trying the different lights of this type, I learned more about what to look for in outdoor solar lighting. I chose to keep these lights for the following reasons.1) These lights have 416 LED lights and a 300 degree angle of lighting. Other lights I tries had a comparable number of LED lights, but the size of the LED’s was smaller, hence less light. In addition, others I tried had a 180 degree angle of lighting, so the lighting is primary straight forward. This light has LED’s on the sides of the fixture which covers a wider angle of lighting.2) This solar light has 3 modes of lighting which is consistent with other brands, i.e. 1) continuous medium-light (50%) for all-night illumination, 2) dim (30%)-to-bright (100%) light transition when motion is sensed, and 3) sensor motion mode for no light when no motion and 100% light when motion is sensed. The mode selected depends on the lighting needed for the areas installed. I chose option 2 for the front of the house since I wanted the house to be visible from the road at night and have brighter lighting when I got to the front of the house. For the side and back of the house, I used option 3. This save power when we are not in the area, and provides full lighting when we need it.3) I believe these lights are a great value for the money since they are solar powered and don’t add to our electricity bill or need electric power installed. They do require some hours of direct sunlight to be powered which is a consideration in placement. Since we don’t get as much sunlight in the winter, mode to be used should be considered to conserve energy.4) The build quality of these lights comparable or better than other lights we tried. We have a couple of solar lights we purchased well over 10 years ago. So, I hope these lights last as long. As yet, I can’t attest to the lifespan of these lights.I will update this review if my opinion changes, but I would recommend these lights at this time.I hope this review was helpful for you.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Everything Works – just goes off too quickly after activation
They are bright enough, the three dif. settings work, they seem to be waterproof but they haven’t been in a heavy rain yet. My one complaint, hence one less star rating, – the light does not stay on long enough, way too quick and it’s off with no way to adjust that feature.

Ich bin begeistert. Sieht gut aus und macht was es soll. Leuchtet bei mir stets zuverlässig in einer angenehmen Stärke sobald der sonst dunkle Flur betreten wird. Geht nach einigen Sekunden wieder aus. Einfach in die Steckdose damit und sich über den sehr gut und ausreichend ausgeleuchteten Boden freuen. Für den Preis absolut top, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Sehr schönes Nachtlicht mit guter Helligkeit. Leuchtet unsere 20m² Diele nun jede Nacht sehr gut aus. In erster Linie wegen unseren 2 Kids angeschafft, wenn diese nachts mal zur Toilette müssen. Der Weg dorthin führt am Nachtlicht vorbei. Der Einzugsbereich des Begegungssensors ist sehr großzügig bemessen, so dass auch Bewegungen in größerem Abstand noch erfasst werden und das Licht zum Leuchten bringen. So kann man sofort alles gut sehen, ohne jedesmal erst den Lichtschalter zu suchen, damit man das große Oberlicht anschalten kann. Die Automatikfunktion klappt wunderbar – Licht geht nach ca. 20 Sekunden einfach wieder aus. Prima! Ganz klare Kaupfempfehlung!

Hallo, ich habe dieses Produkt vor ca 1 Woche bestellt. Die Zustellung kam leider mit 2 Tagen Verspätung an.Das LED-Nachtlicht ist wie beschrieben. Ich habe keine Mängel festgestellt.Die Automatilfunktion ist super ! Sobald der gewpnschte Raum dunkler wird scaltet das Nächtliche automatisch ein, ebenso besitzt es einen Ein-/ Ausschalter dieser lässt sich einfach bedienen und die Helligkeit der Lampe ist schon fast mehr als ausreichend und beleuchtet meinen kompletten Flur. Dieser ist 9m lang und 2m breit installiert ist es ca 3m vom Ende des Flures. Installation ist kinderleicht, einfach in die Steckdose stecken und Fertig.Wie sich das Nächtliche bei Tieren verhält kann ich leider nicht sagen.

Ich verwende das Licht, um dem Nachwuchs bei nächtlichen Wanderungen zum Elternbett den Weg zu weisen. Gegenüber der Kinderzimmertür in der Steckdose positioniert, schaltet das Licht sofort, wenn sich die Tür bewegt (ca. 3m entfernt). Sowohl die Dauer des Leuchtens als auch die Licht-Schaltschwelle, aber der das Licht nicht mehr einschaltet, macht einen angemessenen, ausgewogenen Eindruck. Auch der Erfassungswinkel ist für meinen Zweck sehr gut.Alles in allem ein prima Produkt (für unsere Rahmenbedingungen).

Haben das Nachtlicht für das Kinderzimmer bestellt, damit wir nachts nicht das große Licht anmachen müssen, falls Krümel wach wird. Leider ist das Licht zu hell und die Brenndauer bei eingeschaltetem Bewegungssensor zu kurz. An sich ist es sicher eine gutes Nachtlicht für einen guten Preis, aber für unseren Zweck nicht geeignet.
