The perfect light for our outdoor shower
We bought this lamp for our outdoor, cedar shower and it’s perfect, warm light and unobtrusive design does the job. Being waterproof, we leave it on a corner shelf and it’s perfect for our application

nice little light for camping. i like the design. it lets off low light but its perfect for inside a tent. the battery lasts a long time. we went on a week long camping trip and it lasted the whole time. its light weight so its easy to clip to carry. used it as my late night bathroom light lol.all in all id say its a great value for the cost.i like that it has a wide base also as it makes it very stable on most surfaces

Produces a low intensity ambient light which will work well on my boat
First I want to note even on the highest of four intensity settings this light produces a low intensity ambient light. While it is bright enough to read by if positioned close to the page most would probably want more light for reading. However I ordered the light to produce pleasant, unobtrusive lighting over the cockpit of my sailboat for times when drinks and conversation are being enjoyed (I really like the flickering candle setting). It will also serve well when guests are coming and going after dark, providing enough light to get on and off the boat without being blinding. The red light setting may even prove useful for cabin lighting while underway at night since red light doesn’t destroy your night vision. So the light will serve well on the boat for such purposes but if you are looking for a bright project light or reading lamp this isn’t likely to serve well.The included remote control, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing, is handy and intuitive. The only other control is a button on the bottom, long push on and long push off. You can also cycle through the colors with a quick push of the bottom button. According to included instructions a full charge (via USB C) should run the light for 8 to 10 hours on the highest intensity setting. I haven’t run the light long enough to confirm duration of operation but I’ll update this review if it falls short of, or exceeds, the specification.The IP44 rating (resistant to splashing water from all directions) sounds legitimate. When upright the light is encased in a seamless plastic body, the only possible ingress being around the attachment point of the hanging strap. A well fitting silicone rubber cover protects the USB connector on the bottom. I wouldn’t be inclined to leave the light out in heavy rain for an extended period but judging by the construction light showers should cause any harm.The light comes with a remote control and a USB charge cable with right angle USB C connector (see picture) in addition to a manual. Functions controlled by the remote control are self evident.The Listing includes “Color: battery AA” which makes no sense. The unlit color is white and the light uses a rechargeable battery only, not AA batteries. Despite a number of listing items suggesting AA batteries are an option that is not the case. There is no means by which to use AA batteries with this light. Also in one of the listing pictures is says “batteries not included”. The rechargeable battery is in fact built into the light. One of the pictures indicates “tap control” can be used but all functions are controlled by a switch on the bottom and the remote control. Dimensions listed as: 1″ X 2″ X3″ are completely wrong, however those shown in one of the pictures match my measurements. The vendor needs to carefully review and edit their listing.With reasonable care I believe this light will serve long and well.

Who knows what you will get, I see reviews for a lantern with a rechargeable battery and remote, I got a simple lantern that runs off 3 AA batteries and no remote…The one with the rechargeable battery, remote and charging cable might be worth the $20, but the one that runs off AA batteries with no remote is a $10 item at most! It’s also not camping-friendly, the battery cover requires not one but 5 very small screws to be taken out to install the batteries or change the batteries, micro screw driver not included… It also says “soft silicone handle rope” Maybe on the other version you might get that, the one I got has a plastic webbing strap that resembles the banding used to hold boxes together, with nothing soft or silicone about it… The one image in the description clearly depicts and says, “Dimmable” “Type-C Charge” and “Remote Control” the one I got has none of those features…All issues combined with the fact that there is clearly some product swapping going on and you might or might not get what is advertised, I say avoid this product like the plague! If I could give it zero stars I would!

A must have for power outages and also using for low light…
We own a lot of rechargeable lights since we live in the woods and there are no streetlights. We also rely on them as lamps.This one has a very nice handle that is soft. It charges with a C cable at the bottom. The on and off button is a click button at the bottom. It is a wonderful light for the side of your bed, kitchen, or even your bathroom as you wash your face. It has so many light settings.These also come in handy as I said when there is a power outage. We can walk the property with it and be able to see if there are any issues. We are very happy with this lamp.
