love these- a different sound for Woodstock chimes
We have five large Woodstock chimes in our backyard and I wanted something for the *front* porch that wasn’t so quiet and tinkly that you couldn’t hear it inside the house, but that wasn’t so CLANG-y that the neighbors would get irritated every time they rang (our houses are fairly close together).The Saturn chimes are *perfect*. They have a clean tone that’s a little bit different than the other Woodstock chimes we have (if you want to hear what they sound like, there’s a “listen” button underneath the photo of the chimes above), and you can hear them inside the house, but they are more like distant church bells than “I hear a windchime!”As always- beautifully tuned, the enclosed card says the chimes are tuned to the bells on the Big Ben in London. We were going to buy some chimes we saw at a local garden center which were similarly prices, but after you have a bunch of Woodstock chimes and listen to them for a while, you realize what a big difference getting tuned chimes makes, especially if you have several windchimes together. It makes a huge difference, it really does.These chimes are a huge value. They are LONG (three feet, I believe!), narrow, and beautiful to look at and listen to. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking to add to their chime collection or get started. What a pleasure to own!

I love Woodstock chimes
I love Woodstock chimes. I have several and honestly will no longer buy any other. But Saturn was a little bit of a disappointment. It is not robust like I am used to. It is long, which I wanted for a corner of the eaves of the house, but the pipes are small in diameter. I knew there were only four as I read up before I purchased. But smaller pipes = less dynamic resonating tone. I will keep as it is probably “good” for one that will be closer to where the neighbors might hear. And as with all Woodstock, I know the quality will last.

Beautiful Music with just a Breeze
I love wind chimes that make music instead of noise. Woodstock chimes are tuned to make music. These will hang from the ceiling inside of my office. (Yes, I hang chimes inside and outside of my home.) When the window is open, the breeze will make music. If a fan hits it, again, I get beautiful music. I have these a second life as I purchased an Amazon Warehouse item. The packaging was best up, but the chimes are perfect. Take a chance and get a deal. These are fabulous!

Great sounding chimes
I bought a set of these in different sizes and put them near each other. They sound amazing.Woodstock Chimes of Mars, Bronze- Encore Collection, Woodstock Chimes DCB14 Mercury Chime, Bronze, and theWoodstock Chimes DCK47 The Original Guaranteed Musically Tuned Saturn Chime, Black. The paddles are all the same color so they actually match up quite well. You don’t really know how good chimes sound until you hear your neighbor’s cheap Wallyworld chimes. It is the difference between tuned and untuned.

Very Disappointed in Size and Quality
The reviews I read before purchasing this item were glowing, the product isn’t. Maybe I expected them to compare to the Corinthian Bells I bought for near $100 at my local nursery. These are wildly misrepresented in the AMAZON website photos, they are smaller sized and the aluminum tubes that produce the tinny sound are worth about 50 cents for all four. Once more I am shown if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
