Excellent shaggy rug!
This rug is perfect. The faux fur is super soft and the color and size are as advertised! The underside of the rug has a material that lightly adheres it to carpet or hardwood, allowing it to lay flat and rarely get pulled up.Unfortunately as this is the weakness of all shaggy rugs, it retains dirt and larger grain debris making it require cleaning maintenance more often. It does have a chemical smell as it is made from synthetic material. I found that it took an entire month before it was fully gone and 4 days for the smell to not be noticeable indirectly. I think it could be covered with a spray though. Overall it does as it’s advertised though, and functions perfectly!

Soft fluffy rug
My granddaughter wanted a sage green shaggy soft rug to go on the floor under her loft bed. I needed to find a rug that was 3 ft by 4 ft to fit the space. I searched everywhere and couldn’t find one in green sage that size anywhere. After checking every seller on Amazon who had the size and color I needed I realized that if I bought a 4 ft by 6 ft rug I could fold it in half to make it fit the 3 ft by 4 ft space so I ordered this rug. I followed the directions to let the rug rest so it could fluff up and give the wrinkles time to flatten out. In less than the 48 hour suggested time frame the rug had fluffed up nicely, the wrinkles were gone and the very slight odor that it held when it was first removed from the packaging was gone. The padding is a bit thinner than some of the other rugs I had seen online, but that wasn’t an issue for me since I needed to fold it in half to fit the space. Folding the rug in half doubled the padding and made the rug the perfect size comfy cushion for her to relax on in her little space under her bed. I am very pleased with the rug and I can’t wait to hear how much my granddaughter loves it once she receives her gift.

Thick and fluffy but very slippery!
I love this rug which fits perfectly along my side of our bed. Perfect Burgundy color, ideal size, thick pile for the upcoming cold Minnesota mornings and evenings and soft as can be. My only complaint is that it is VERY slippery -which was mentioned in earlier reviews. Still love it so I just keep a pair of rubber soled slippers to hop into before I walk across it. Nice rug – I just don’t want to fall getting in and out of bed. If the slip factor is not of concern for you, buy one!

I was looking for a basic brown rug for the fall. I didn’t know how difficult that search would be. I bought I different version of this and it smelled like paint— which made me really nervous when looking for a different one on Amazon. Thankfully I found this one. It smells a little like plastic when it comes out of the vacuum-sealed package, but nothing like the other carpet I bought from a different seller! The smell also fades super quick. I took it out at night and by the next morning it was gone. Also it comes out really wrinkly, non-straight, but within a day it lays normal. If you’re looking for a normal brown furry rug, you can trust this one! It’s also super soft!

Soft and Pretty, But Not as Dense as Expected
This rug is super soft underfoot, and the color is lovely. It’s listed as both sage and mint, and I’d say it leans more toward mint with a hint of sage, which still works nicely in our space.That said, it’s not very dense. You can clearly see through to the backing, which was a little disappointing since the product photos made it look much fuller. It still works for adding a soft touch and color to the room, but it’s not quite as plush as advertised.On the positive side, it’s lightweight, non-slip, and machine washable, which makes it easy to maintain in a kid’s room or dorm. Overall, soft and stylish but thinner than expected.

Very soft, great value for the size!
My bare feet are happy when walking or standing on it. I have no carpet and hated walking barefoot on a cold floor so I wanted something comfortable! Can easily be washed. I bought 2, but will likely buy more and different colors. I have animals and a 5 year old boy, so if it happens to get ruined, I won’t be out of a ton of money and that makes me happy! Highly recommend for the quality and price!

NOT GOOD ESPECIALLY IN KIDS PLAYROOM
I’m coping and pasting a review I read because it is EXACTLY my experience with this rug!!!This rug is very soft. There is one major problem with this rug. The fibers are super super thin. And they are long so every single tiny Speck of anything gets retained by The Ruck even pulling a small piece of plastic or anything small and solid by hand is very difficult. You have to have a decent vacuum that can be adjusted to a good height or also going to do is push the rug down and heat it up. Even though I have vacuumed multiple times I got down on my hands and knees to remove things by hand and even then the rug fibers are so thin and entangled in the tiniest object that you are lucky if you can get to it. I have tried to use a cone to get things out and it’s no use. It’s like combing gum out of a child’s hair. The other problem is the fibers are so thin and long that it is extremely slick. Even in bare feet or with shoes on it is easy to slip and fall. I am sad to have to throw away an expensive rug but I can no longer keep up with pulling things out of it by hand. Even vacuuming several times The Vacuum cannot get to anything that is at the base of the rug. I am going to switch to a low nap Loop rug that things can be vacuumed up. I have two expensive vacuums and neither one has been able to pull these items out of the rug it is going to burn out my vacuum. I am a very very clean person and no matter what I do if a small pebble comes off my shoe and goes into the rug I will be lucky if I can get it out. It’s good looking and soft but a fibers are thinner than a human hair and they are so dense and entangling that no vacuum of mine nor using a comb or my fingers is able to get everything. I have to run my feet across it in bare feet just to find all the things and there are several things in the rug that no matter what I have done I cannot get to them without cutting the nap to get them out. I don’t recommend this rug unless it is in a room that has absolutely no traffic and is used strictly for looks. If you have children or pets I seriously recommend finding a different rug because it’s only going to take a month before there are things in the rug you cannot remove.

This carpet is super lightweight and incredibly soft. The underneath is like a bath mat so really easy maintenance and nice and cushiony. It is like walking on a cloud.

This turned out to be very thin. Small fibers keep tearing off and it makes my skin itchy. Sitting or lying down on this is uncomfortable and irritating. I am currently requesting to return this item for a refund.

Firstly, this sage green rug is very slippery on the surface and it’s dangerous to walk on. Secondly, it is not fluffy but thin and flat.Hence, we actually discarded this rug and bought another better ones with the same price.
