Perfect for emergencies…
This lantern is the way to go if you are buying it for power outages or emergency kit in general. With three ways to power it up, it’s much more versatile than drop in battery type lanterns or the type that are solar or usb charged. Being able to just drop in some batteries if you can’t set it out in the sun to charge or you can’t charge it via usb gives you another option to not be sitting around in the dark. Three options instead of just one or two makes this lantern ideal for catastrophes and/or power outages. It’s a good little camping lantern as well, and I particularly appreciate the night-light mode when camping. I like it so much, I just ordered a second one. You can’t beat it, especially for the price.

Excellent camping lantern
Could not be any better. Let it charge with cord, then ran on lower power nonstop indoors. It lasted almost a full day. Then put it outside to recharge and it was fully charged within 2 hours, without AA batteries installed. Very light compared to traditional camp lantern and no dangerous white gas. Only change is I switched out the included alkaline batteries for Lithium Ion since it gets some storage and don’t want the alkaline ones to result in leakage/corrosion. Excellent versatility with solar, direct charge and backup batteries. Love having ability to have bright, dimmer, and soft white/yellow light options, so bright without feeling your in an operating room. Very good execution.

Middle of no where living must have.
I bought this for my grandmother that lives in the middle of nowhere. She loses power now and then. She loves how light , small and portable it is. She likes the amber light. Not harsh on the eyes. Now she doesn’t worry about tripping over the cats. Great price too. It has a lot of power options. Charge it up USB. If the battery runs out use other batteries to work. If you have a car usb charger in the car, you can charge it there too in a pinch.

It’s easy to use great quality it hangs perfectly in my laundry room and closet it’s worth the money and it has three different sets of brightness and it functions perfectly fine

Little lantern – bright light!
It just runs off the three AA batteries unless one leaves that compartment empty. Having a choice seems nice, but some might wish there were a switch for that. The lantern functions fine – should work great for camping. The bright light doesn’t dim – okay by me. The unit is lightweight.

Versatile Little Light
Well designed product, performs as expected, with several lighting and power options. A couple of areas for improvement:1. A useful operating guide would be helpful, instead of relying on customer’s skills to utilize product to its fullest potential2. Uses USB-C, which is great but not stated in description; also, pictures of cable in description do not appear to be USB-C but instead a different connector design. I put off buying this product until deciding to chance what type USB came with the product. (Included cable was USB-C).Performance and features otherwise great, planning to order more!
