I’ve tried several bath rugs over the years, but this Gorilla Grip one really stands out for a few reasons. I picked the 36×24 white version for our main bathroom, and from the moment I unrolled it, I could tell it was better quality than others at this price point.The shag is thick—not the kind that flattens immediately after a few uses. It actually bounces back, and it’s unbelievably soft underfoot. After a hot shower, it feels like stepping onto a cozy spa mat. I was honestly surprised by how plush it felt right out of the package, and it hasn’t lost that cushy texture after multiple uses.One of my biggest issues with bath rugs is that they either slide around or they don’t dry fast enough—but this one solved both. The backing grips the tile floor really well, even with kids running in and out of the bathroom. It hasn’t slipped once, and I’m not constantly adjusting it like I’ve had to do with thinner mats.As for drying, the microfiber absorbs moisture quickly and doesn’t stay damp. It’s thick but breathable, so it doesn’t get that musty smell even when used multiple times a day. I’ve washed it twice now and both times it came out of the machine looking brand new. No shedding, no shrinking, and the white stayed crisp—something I was nervous about.It’s also a good size—not too small that it feels skimpy, and not too big to overwhelm the space. It fits perfectly outside our shower area and makes the whole bathroom feel more comfortable and elevated.Overall, this rug blends style, comfort, and functionality beautifully. Whether you’re upgrading your own bathroom or looking for something soft and practical for a guest space, I’d absolutely recommend it. Nice looking but poor quality
Looks good, but quality is poor. I have been using this mat now for a few weeks now, have washed it twice and it is falling apart, rubber bottom is cracking and the stitching is coming loose in a few spots

The color is a darker sage than it looks on screen –
The color is a darker sage than it looks on screen – I know that often happens – and other than that it’s as advertised. Very non-skid on a dry floor, very fluffy and bounces back well. The 24X36 was folded down the middle, lengthwise, and then rolled for shipping, and a 20 minute tumble in a warm dryer took out the fold/crease so it doesn’t show through the pile. I’d rather have the lighter sage color but, besides that, I’m happy with these rugs.

Good, washed it on cold, delicate cycle and dry on delicate. No colour loss. Every once in awhile some of the chunky threads will come out, but hardly. I think it’s worth the price and it’s very soft on the feet

I love it! This is the 3rd one. Two smaller for downstairs half washroom, larger one for full washroom. Sheds a little but amazingly soft and absorbent.

I purchased this bath mat because it was machine washable. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last. It was purchased in May and washing it once per week, it is ready to be thrown away by October. This isn’t my first washable bath mat, but I can say it is the one that lasted the least.
